We took our dog here in June for a spay. While she was there, someone chose to destroy her Herm Sprenger prong collar. It was intentionally squeezed, bent, and pulled apart with some kind of tool (marks are visible on the prongs). SNIP Society said maybe someone had stepped on it... um, no. This would take a lot of effort - these are not easy to bend. The fact that this was handed back to us completely demolished and not "lost" (thrown out) is appalling. Someone was trying to make a point.

Regardless of your training methods, you shouldn't destroy someone else's property. I managed a boarding kennel for 9 years and never would have imaged doing something so bizarre. With the help of a great trainer, this collar has been a training tool. Allowing my older parents to take this young, strong dog on the daily walks that she LOVES.

This collar had upgraded stainless steel options, making it around $50-60. We had called and emailed a few times speaking with the co-founder, Benjamin. We were promised a check for a replacement collar. It is now January and we have not received anything.

Misleading with times & standard process. I was recommended by a family friend of this Animal clinic.
I scheduled a spay for my Feline 11/1/24 for Monday 11/4/24.

Failure to fully deliver information.

On the phone the girl told me:
- She would email me with an estimate.
- I need to arrive at 7:20-7:30AM.

1. Never received email with estimate. Just appointment reminder.

2. In the email reminder - it also states that I need to have a form completed prior to appointment in order to be seen. -NEVER GOT FORM.

2. Per my screenshots in the email it states 3 different times that I need to arrive for my appointment at 7:20AM.

Here’s what’s misleading

I arrived at 7:15AM. On the door for the clinic hours of operation say 8:00AM (see screenshot. ) A woman was also waiting. She said the clinic told her she needed to arrive at 7:25AM.. another woman said 7:30AM. At this point it’s 3 people that were told to be here before 8:00AM. Waiting outside the clinic with our pets.

- maps says this place is permanently closed
-yelp says it’s open on Wednesday + opens @ 8:30am

4 different times. So which one is it?

update your hours to be accurate along with your generated email templates. Ensure your staff is also giving proper and full information in order to ensure there is no miss communication.

After reading all the reviews ESPECIALLY NEGATIVE REVIEWS, along with my own personal experience I decided This place, & staff is not trustworthy to leave my pet.

I can't recall her name, but the lady who always helps me at the front desk, she's what so many people who work with animals should be. Patient, friendly, and you can tell she actually cares about our feline and canine babies, and I think that's so wonderful. We need more people like her. You guys are great.

This place was wonderful. They took great care of my boy when he had to get fixed. The staff were very friendly and kind and made sure to answer all my questions and educate me on aftercare, etc. Thank you!

I brought my late dad's doggie, Lola, who is now a part of my family for a check-up and vaccination. I got her in quickly, and the staff was professional and friendly. The prices are very reasonable/affordable. The only thing that I would have preferred is to meet the veterinarian who took care of Lola. I'm not sure if it's an old covid protocol or just the way it works here. All in all, I was pleased and would recommend it.

Cheapest around and did a great job with my dog for neuter he is back to normal with no issues. They were very friendly and seemed like they cared about the animals

Got our cat spayed. People are great! Place sure is busy! They don't return phone calls.😡 They explained all what to do, following the procedure, including giving us pain meds for our cat.
