Kelley is an incredible groomer and small business owner! Our Chief hated getting baths or nail trims before we brought him to PoshPaws! Now, he gets so excited when we tell him “it’s time to go to the spa and see Ms Kelley”.
They always take their time with him, have alerted myself or my husband if they have noticed any skin issues or ear problems. We are so thankful for the care and compassion that they provide.
I am also so happy with how clean the shop always is! Kelley takes cleanliness seriously and uses diluted bleach to limit any risk of Parvo, which can be fatal to dogs. Kelley and the girls take this job seriously and treat my baby like their own!

I am so very happy with my baby's cut and overall experience. We are new clients and had a great experience from check in to pick up. Everyone was so polite, positive, and knowledgeable. They asked me thorough questions about my pup and her upcoming experiece to make sure she was handled best for her and those working with her. I was not certain what kind of cut I really wanted. They were able to walk me through every step to determine what I really wanted. From the shape around her face to the wisps on the tips of her ears, to the cut on her legs and paws. I recently adopted my elder baby from the shelter and had no idea her past with or if ever grooming...and this team had a back up plan if she was not taking to her assigned groomer to try her with another. I was thankful they were prepared to try her with someone else if she was not taking to grooming. They were more concerned with her not having a stressful experience and that was what reassured me that I had picked the right place. I was 100% certain when I picked up my happy most definitely not stressed baby! And can I tell you how absolutely adorable she looks ? ? ? ?. I am soooo beyond happy with her cut and her experience at this business. She prances around with a bit more pep in her step as if to say "look at me darling I'm gorgeous"?

It is the first time that I have seen a “professional” work this way. At this groomer, you have a “drop-off” window, which means that you can drop your animal off between 7-10am, but this does not mean the animal will be serviced. So naively, I dropped my dog off for grooming at 7:30am, no one in the boutique to be serviced. I await the full morning and call around noon. NO ONE answers ! You either voicemail or you can text !!! After texting, I find that our pup has still not be serviced at NOON, and will only be ready at 2-2:30pm. Now really, if I left my dog at such an early hour it was so that she could be taken care of right away, and given back to us. Not sit in a cage until they decide to groom her. Most of all is the amiability. No smile, no good morning. A true disappointment !! Oh… there was no hesitation to ask for $70. The worst I’ve seen so far, but won’t hesitate to spread the word !!

After a dog had diarrhea they used Clorox to clean and the smell is very dangerous for dogs. Kelly had never checked with any Vet to see how to disinfect her business after dog accidents safely. I took my dog back immediately and will never put him in that kind of danger again. She has also cut my dog’s ear before. Check your groomer out carefully!

Kelly is so Great! She really cares about my dog! I have been with her pretty much since she opened this location over 2 years ago and she has Always done an Excellent Job! She has never had any problems accommodating my pomeranian's issue with standing due to a bad hip! Always does a perfect job and Chico loves her too(most important)!

Kelly (who owns it and does the grooming) is wonderful. She was pretty quick. My little Yorkie looked very good when she was done. I paid about average price to have him groomed. I have been back several times and will continue to return. Toby(my Yorkie) really likes Kelly and can't wait to go inside when I take him up to see her.

Kelley is the only groomer my two lively Yorkies have ever known and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The bathing and haircuts are consistantly well done and they always leave looking cute and clean. I am impressed that the last time we went for an appointment they were excited to go in the shop - not showing any fear or hesitation at all. This tells me that Kelley is treating them well while they're there and that's important to me.
