I have been other places before for PT but this clinic is by far the best one. No loud hip hop music blasting, professional staff, a spacious, inviting area and very nice modern equipment. As an older patient, I appreciate an older more experienced therapist. I am seeing better results this time and am very encouraged.

I was a patient here for 16 weeks after an accident, attending PT twice a week. Initially, the front desk was pleasant, but it seems the staff has changed quite a bit. After I graduated from PT, I called to ask how to request my medical records, they were rude and dismissive. They explained that records were handled by a separate records department that processes requests for all BSW Outpatient Rehab locations and that my request had to be faxed to them.

I completed my Patient Authorization form, and the front desk faxed it as instructed. I was told to expect my records within 10 business days. After waiting over 30 days with no response, I followed up in person. The staff was hostile and unhelpful, refusing to do anything beyond refaxing my request. They even denied me a copy of my own form that I had filled out, further baffling me on their lack of customer service.

I need these records to finalize my case, yet I’ve had to make countless calls and visits with no resolution. The process of obtaining medical records from this office and their records department is arduous and unresponsive. I strongly do not recommend BSW Outpatient at this location or any other to anyone who may need access to their own records at any point in the future.

In the past eight months I've had PT at BSW for a pinched nerve in the neck, and also for total knee replacement surgery. Eric Florance has been my therapist both times and he is fantastic. Best PT ever! My primary care physician recommended him and BSW and I'm sure glad she did.

I have been treated at this BIR outpatient clinic after knee replacements, shoulder repairs and neck injury. Obviously, I think this clinic is great! The staff at the front desk are friendly and professional.
There is zero time spent at check in after your initial paperwork so you can get back to your physical therapist.
I can’t say enough about Jace Brown, PT. He is very skilled and professional, and encourages you to do your best. The other clinicians seem to learn from each other best practices and how they might improve something. They truly strive to provide the best and most progressive treatments. My physical therapy treatments are alway1-1, I’ve never been put on a machine and left there while the therapist treats another patient. I highly recommend this clinic no matter what age you are!
