Had nice visit with my brothers today. My visit today was especially gratifying because I engaged in conversation with 2 stall members. I don’t know their names but I they were very friendly. I hope they know their work is very much appreciated and I know it’s not always recognized. We do see you. Thank you all.

My mother is there now receiving EXCELLENT care as she prepares to return to her heavenly Home. She has been loved and nurtured since she got there and her doctor, Dr. Moon, has been very compassionate and caring and has spent these last few days comforting my sister and I as we have had MANY questions about Mama's condition. When we were called and told that Mama is heading towards her final hours, we went immediately to be with her and the nurses, especially Heather Talent and Kimber (can't remember her last name at the moment) have been reassuring, loving, and such a blessing to both Mama and to us. This is not an easy time for us, but they have been such angels to us all! It takes special people to do what they do and to not just do the job, but to do it with so much God-given love, respect, and compassion! My sister and I have commented the last few days about how loving everyone has been and very knowledgeable about what is happening with our Mama. I was terrified to go in and see my Mama and her frail state was quite a shock at first, but these angels have been reassuring and gently helping us all along through this process! God bless them for all they do and the loving way they do it! We witnessed other patients being talked to respectfully and with love and everyone seemed so happy! I am glad Mama's final days and hours will be in such a loving environment!

My mother was sent to Riverside for end of life care and these folks deliver! Dr. Moon, Nurse Kimbra, Nurse Heather and Nurse Lexi were exceptional at not only giving the care that is required, but they go WAY BEYOND.! I am so glad they were here to help Mom as well as my family throughout this extremely difficult time. We felt that Mom was actually cared for.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My Grandmother passed away Monday morning at 101 yrs old. This place is nasty, most of the staff could care less. With that being said the care is horrible. We, the family, were up there all day Sunday with Grandma and told the staff if anything changed please let us know so we could come back up to facility. She passed during the night. They found her while doing morning rounds. The thought of her being alone at this time is awful. When arriving at facility after her passing, I ask the head nurse why we were not contacted and she replied she died in her sleep . Very hateful person,. No condolences from anyone in facility was offered.

To anyone that has loved one's at any facility, keep a check on them. We had someone visit our grandma almost daily to make sure of her care. That in its self is a full time job considering the deplorable conditions. Yes, we are happy she is in her heavenly home and will never have to endure this horrible place again.

Worse place ever. I beg anyone not to put their loved one in the place. Unorganized, always short staff so the care is not good. Maybe 2 percent of the staff actually care. Most are there for a check. My grandmother spent 8yrs in this facility against my wishes. She was able to sit in wheel chair up til her last days. She never had water to drink. She had to wait hrs to be changed. House keeping is terrible. I have pics with her laying cross ways in the bed. Complained, but... she constantly had open sores on her legs due to hitting them on the bed or wheel chair during transfer. They were supposed to always use lift, but didnt. within 3 weeks she fell out of the bed. First time while changing her. Have a voice mail to prove it. So assuming they rolled her out of the bed. The second fall was 6 days ago. She rolled out of the bed somehow because she really could not roll over. She broke her leg. After going to hospital and coming back. They braced it for she was 101 yrs old. At this pt she is pretty much unresponsive. We spent hrs there on that Sunday the day after she returned. 5hrs just waiting on dr to come set up hospice care for he was buying a phone in which we find out when he returns.he really wa unexperienced. Not very professional. We did tell them to call with any changes that night. My uncle received a phone call at 730am that your mom died and hung up the phone.we arrived and was told that she passed at 530am. For that is the time she was checked on.not one staff member offered any condolences. Left her in the room with her roommate who did not even know that she had passed. When they called the funeral home, they told them there were no family members there. So when they came in, they walked right by us to get her. The staff scattered and would not even look at us. Shame shame on them. These residents are pitiful. It's horrible.no compassion for the residents nor the families. I hope I never see it again.

The website of being 4.5 star is deceiving. The restaurant like dining is not true. The patients have had their meals in their rooms since covid. The place is very dirty. Never enough help. My grandma was at this facility for about 8 years. The family washed her clothes up to the last 6 months. We asked nursing home to take over. A lot of her clothes disappeared or were discolored and stained. (Her name was on everything). Also found soiled clothes on the floor and in a bag in the closet. Personal care items that family brought in disappeared from her room. She was given wrong meds one time and had to go to hospital. Some of the CNA's care about their patients, but some don't. The staff plays on their cell phones too much. If you have time to catch up on facebook then don't tell me you don't have time to change my grandma. Management does not take concers seriouly.

This is a huge facility but the couple of times I have visited, it was clean, well staffed, and the clients seemed content. My family member says she likes it there and seems happy as well.

Jenifer the Recreation Director is so much fun and with staff and residents!! She keeps our building hopping .
