Everyone there is so nice!! They were super sweet to my girl & explained everything very well about vaccines, paw plans etc.. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!

My visit to Hillcrest Animal Hospital was great! They treated my kitten, Nova, who had some sort of respiratory infection. By that evening Nova was eating and drinking like he had done for 3 days! He’s wanting held and pet. Thank you Hill Crest!

It was my first time in a while doing anything vet related for my baby, and the staff was so sweet and supportive during my visit, especially when I got the news about my senior cat. They addressed and gave me advice for everything I was concerned about- definitely had open ears and welcoming arms.

I had 4 vets in Indiana, where I live, turn me away as my sweet kitty, Dobby, lay passing away on my couch in front of me. Freaking out I turn to the next area I could. This is where I called first. No hesitation they invited us in. They were waiting with smiles, kindness, and hope. Instantly took him back while I checked him in. Though the prognosis was grim and not what I wanted they were supportive and encouraging the whole way through. They spoke in my terminology where I could understand what the diffrent outcomes would mean and where I fully knew what was wrong. Such wonderful people and I could not ask for anything that could have been better. I thank them for all the love and kindness they showed me and my boy in his last moments.

We were getting ready to leave for vacation and getting our dog ready for her vacation with us. She was having a few issues that zip brought up. Thank goodness because a health issue was found. The staff is very caring and did not rush us. I have a rescue who is terrified and very fragile. They didn’t push her or me to do anything I didn’t want her to go through. They are great.
