Green Paws is the absolute best! My husband and I are so grateful to have found this local company. We have been using them for daily walks for our dog since August, and as two teachers with work schedules that rarely change, we very much appreciate the option to set up a schedule a month in advance and not have to think/worry about scheduling our walks weekly. Everyone from the team we have interacted with including Elise, Katey, and our walker McKenzie have been nothing but professional, kind, reliable, and consistent with communication. We also love the daily pictures included with the updates! Thank you everyone for all you do!

My wife and I moved to Chicago in August. Both of us work healthcare jobs that require us to work odd hours and overnight. Our dog does not thrive in a daycare environment, so we knew we needed a walking service that we could trust. We contacted a few places and Green Paws seemed to be the most affordable, personable, and reliable of all of them. We have been using them for almost 6 months and are blown away by how professional, communicative, and kind they are. We have had John as our main walker and he is lovely. If John is unavailable, Elise has stepped in and has been equally great to work with. Green Paws has stayed true to their word that our dog will have the same walker more often than not (nearly every walk for us) and that they will communicate everything well beforehand. We are more than satisfied with their services and will continue to use them! We highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable dog walking service!

SO happy to have found Green Paws Chicago this holiday season! Fours days out from my week-long trip, my dog got sick preventing her from going to my original sitter's place. I needed a replacement ASAP which was nearly impossible this time of year. Green Paws saved my Christmas - they had a sitter who was available short-notice to stay at my place for the week. I was a bit nervous as I'd never had someone dog-sit at my place before; plus, my dog was a bit unwell and didn't have much time to get to know the sitter, Matt, beforehand. Matt was great - caring, communicative, and respectful of my dog's needs and my "house rules". I would certainly recommend Green Paws services to friends and appreciate now having a reliable pet care option for the future. Thanks again!

We love Green Paws! They've been walking our dog for about a year now. Their system is very easy to use, and everyone is friendly and communicative. We get pictures and a full report for every visit. We will be using their service for cat sitting when we are out of town as well. They always make sure that even if the regular Pet Care Specialist has to cancel (which happens very rarely) someone else from the team comes to take care of your pet. I always feel at ease that my pets are being well cared for in my absence - their service is definitely worth every penny.

The team at Green Paws wows me every day with their kindness to my pet and their professionalism as a staff. We have used Green Paws for walks and puppy sitting. We never need to worry about a thing with our new puppy. They take care of her as though she is their own! Highly recommend!

Green Paws truly saved the day with holiday dog sitting coverage. Our usual sitter had to cancel 3 weeks out from Christmas, and having previously hired Green Paws a couple years ago, I reached out and they were able to confirm a sitter, Rick, within 24 hours. Rick sent the best, most detailed updates to us throughout his stay and I know my dogs were in great care! Rick also left my condo very tidy and helped pick up a package from the lobby when it arrived. We’re very grateful for Green Paws and will certainly hire them again!

I've been using Green Paws for cat sitting visits since 2015. Absolutely amazing customer service and they hire awesome pet lovers as their care specialists. I've had several over the years as I have moved around to different neighborhoods in the city, and every one was awesome. They also use an app so you will get photos and updates easily every visit. I've recommended Green Paws to literally everyone I know who has a pet in the city. Love you guys!
