What can I say about a clean and friendly environment? I love this office and their staff! From the front receptionists to the techs and the doctors... they are truly caring people. My kittens are patients at Kindred, and they are treated so well. I think the staff has loved seeing them grow from little kittens to "toddlers" (if there's such a thing). I had a chihuahua who unfortunately passed away not long ago. They understood I was out of town and made accommodations for me to see her and make arrangements for my Lola. The entire staff was so kind to sign a condolence card for me. It's a little gesture that means so much to someone grieving. I could go on... but I am definitely grateful to have found a wonderful place for Moxie and Elvis. They are truly amazing!!!

The first time I went my cat had a stomach ache and it was about $1k for that visit just to get some stomach medicine. Just took my kitten to get some vaccines they added extra stuff to visit not sure what all was 100% necessary and it cost $375 for not even all of the vaccines to get the second half was looking to be another $200-$300. Compared to other vet offices these are extremely premium prices. The service is okay, I paid for some sort of medication that was given to my kitten in the mouth at least half did not go into his mouth but still had to pay 100% of the cost. The benefit of going here is you can get a vet appointment quite quickly and the staff is knowledgeable. However know you are paying premium price, if you do not have pet insurance it’s going to be hefty bill.

They are so sweet and so kind here. I had been bringing my dog for years. He was older and they always kept our best interests top of mind. You can just really tell they care. My dog was picky and didn't like their treats. They actually got different ones for him for his visits. He recently passed away and I not only got the nicest voicemail from his vet Dr. Ho, but she also sent a condolences card, where all the vet techs signed and wrote a sweet message. So thoughtful. One of the best vets I've been to. Many thanks 🙏🏼

My sweet baby ate something she shouldn’t have and I was able to get her in for an appt same day. The staff at Kindred is so caring and gentle with her. They did everything they could to get her the care she needed even if they wouldn’t be able to do the surgery that day, they gave me all of the options and where to go. She just got her surgery and I’m just glad we caught it before it was too late. Thalia is recovering now.❤️‍🩹 Thank you!!

After having a not so great experience the first time I came, I made another appointment and I gave it a second chance because it’s in the neighborhood and super convenient. I’m glad that I did.

We were seen right away, they handled my rambunctious pup very well, and provided a clear explanations for tests and costs. The vet + staff were very nice and thorough. I will be back!

My sweet Darla was not a regular patient at Kindred. I lost her under devastating circumstances and live nearby, so we ended up at Kindred for help. I cannot say enough about how compassionately and kindly the staff treated me in what was one of the hardest moments of my life. They treated my baby with the warmth and love that she so deserved, and I will be forever grateful. Thank you, Kindred staff 💜🪽

They are very transparent with pricing and will work with you to explain itemized receipts! Also small wait times if there isn’t rare pressing matters. The amount of care Dr. Ho puts into my puppy is heartwarming! She checks up on my dogs status and takes her seriously. We are able to come in during emergencies and she will provide care to the best of her ability. She even keeps the place open until she is assured that your pet has proper care. Jicama is an anxious puppy but the vets work with us to reassure her. She has been nursed back to health at this vet various times and they will refer you to other specialists who can help if they cant.
