Scheduling appointments is quick and easy through their website, and they send a friendly text when they're done. Highly recommend this fantastic local dog grooming business!

Our 50lb mutt is often uncomfortable with groomers, but Miki and her team did an amazing job at settling him down and cutting his hair, giving him a bath, and making sure he was ready for the summer. I also really appreciate that they let the dogs roam free in their secured play space after the appointments. Thank you, SpaGo Dog!

First time here. In and out in less than an hour, and Miki groomed my 15lb westie mix. During SIP, this is one of the few dog groomers that's still taking new clients and making appointments was easy online. Dog looks great! Cost around $90 after tip.

Mikki takes an hour so you don't have to leave your dog for 4-8 hours.
She grooms your dog in such a way that prevents matting for a long time.
She is loving, kind , and very professional.

SpaGo Dog mobile grooming is the greatest! For a very reasonable price, they come to your door, scoop your dog up with lots of hugs and pets, and groom him/her perfectly right by your house. No waiting in a salon. No dropping off your dog and coming back hours later. No anxiety for your dog. I've used them for both of my dogs, a toy poodle and a spaniel mix, with wonderful results. I won't go anywhere else ... except maybe to check out their boutique.

SpaGo is great. I use the mobile service and have been really happy with the results. My small dogs are disgusting little animals with an unnatural ability to find mud puddles and filth in the most unlikely of places. SpaGo comes to my house, gets them back into shape, and deposits them right at my front door at a price competitive with any other groomer.

One time I couldn't get an appointment at the time I wanted, so I took my dogs someplace else that was super high rated. Not only was it incredibly inconvenient, with constant phone calls back and forth trying to figure out when they would be ready, but when I finally went to pick them up, the grooming was subpar and they charged me extra because they had gone to the bathroom! The whole thing ended up costing more than SpaGo, and wasting a bunch of my free time.

From then on I've been sold. I will never take them elsewhere. They are great with feedback, honest, thoughtful and considerate. One time I was not super satisfied with the way they'd shaped my dog, and she happily redid it before she left. I have been to at least half a dozen groomers in the East Bay, and I won't go to anyone else.

To be honest, I don't even really want to write this review, because I don't want to make appointments harder to get, but they are so good I am willing to write it against my own best interests.

I will not be bringing my Yorkie back here which is disappointing bc I had high hopes. I posted on yelp shortly after my experience, but I am compelled to post here. I made the appointment online and received a message that the owner had to confirm. I got a confirmation the day before despite making the appointment weeks ahead of time. When I arrived the very sweet groomer asked if “they” had the number, however there was nobody to confirm with. Apparently if you don’t pick up your dog on time they will charge. I called the salon repeatedly with NO answer. I was worried about my dog so I came down to the salon. I DID like the work that the groomer did, so I wanted to tip him. He told me in front of the owner that he did not receive any tips. Apparently only the owner aka Mikki get the tips. They also prefer cash which I did not have. Will not be going back to do unprofessionalism.
