Dr Ling and I believe Meghan (sorry if I have your name wrong) were so incredible. So sweet and caring! The patience and kindness shown to our puppy was the best I've ever experienced. They took time to just walk him and offer yummy treats to help make him comfortable and not so scared to come to the vet. When the vaccines were given, he had no idea he got them and didn't flinch. Im so grateful to have found you all. Front desk was all wonderful and I was also helped inside since I had my 2 year old with me. You guys rock and I am so so appreciative to have you all care for Crumbs 🥰🥰🥰 100% recommend !

We bring both of our dogs to Crest Hill Cat and Dog and are very happy with all the doctors and their assistants! We would not go anywhere else. They really take their time with you and explain everything. We just had our German Shorthair Pointer neutered and they called us to see how he was doing. They are the best!

Had to bring my skittish fearful dog in for anal gland expression. Staff was great even when she was growling and trying to fight the leash. Got her done in ten minutes, she was so happy to come back out. Well worth it! I thought they would have to sedate her, but they got it done quickly. So pleased

My husband and I would like to thank Dr. Soukup and her team for the compassionate care given to us and our beloved dog MJ during his end of life care. They allowed us ample time to say goodbye and made the entire process comfortable and and less stressful. It's never easy to say goodbye to someone you love, but they made us feel better about having to let go. Thank you so much for being there at our time of sorrow.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Dr. Walley and the whole team at chcd! My little yorkie had a very intrusive surgery and the care and compassion that has been given to my pup and family is so amazing to feel. I have never had to deal with a surgery on myself and this is my first dog so you can imagine the worry and concern I had. I was referred to this clinic by a friend of mine and i am so grateful to have been. Every question i have had along the way they have answered and welcomed. She is healing up better then i anticipated and so happy to already see her going back to her normal self just after 4 days post surgery. Thank you to everyone, we are so grateful and again we cannot thank you enough.
