We brought our rescue kittens here for the first time and the staff was welcoming and took great care of of our kitty babies. We were pleasantly surprised when the vet walked into to the exam room and realized that we knew him from his time at Lansing Animal Hospital. Dr Ritter and the staff are top-notch!

The Dr's and staff at Plum Creek put their all into treating and caring for pets! I have never met a team elsewhere that will drop everything to help a pet in need and who educate clients as well. Having had many pets in the past and one now with seizures, allergies, anxiety issues, they treat him as he was their own and no other hospital puts care before everything else more than they do!
Many times they do not get the thanks they deserve for the hard work they do, but Clay loves them and it would be hard to find anywhere else nearly as good as they are!

The first and only time I took my dog to PCRAMC when I returned to pick him up there was a deep 1 inch length cut close to his tail. When I asked what happened; staff said, they did not know. I asked, no one heard any sounds coming from him after the injury? They were not helpful and never took responsibility. I would not recommend this place!

Love Dr. Morris. My son became a parent to a feral cat, Wink, (she was born without one eye) who was born very ill. Dr. Morris and staff got her on the right track to being healthy!
I too bring my 3 former feral cats to Dr. Morris! She is thorough and even writes treatment plans!! So impressed.

Plum Creek Animal hospital is very flawed. The misdiagnosed illness of my dog by Plum Creek Animal hospital caused my dog's untimely death. I do not recommend this veterinarian at all

Brought a little kitty that we found by our house to get checked out. Got her fixed but they say she's already fixed next thing I know she died. Still had to pay for it. She was 5 months old. Trying to find out why

The entire staff and the doctors are so compassionate and kind. They’ve kept my dog alive with a quality life for 10 months now, even though she has stage 3 kidney disease. She’s doing well and I’m grateful for every extra minute I can spend with her, thanks to Dr. Morris and the competent staff. It takes a village and I’m so thankful to be a part of this one. They ROCK!
