After being canceled on twice and stood up by my previous groomer, I knew it was time to move on. My husband and I contacted Pampered Pets as they were recommended by a coworker. Thankfully the staff promptly worked on finding us an appointment within 24 hours. We took our 8 month Cavapoo in today, and are so happy we did! We were greeted by the friendly front desk staff, and had a mini consult with the groomer before she got started. She was attentive, and noted all of our requests for our sweet & shy boy. We are so in love with the results, and are happy to say we will be back time & time again! (We did a wash, cut, upgraded to a nail grind vs the included nail cut- all which turned out great!) Very grateful to have a professional and friendly pet spa to take our fur baby to!

I highly recommend Pampered Pet Salon and Boutique! The service is outstanding, and scheduling appointments is a breeze. My mini Aussie just had a touch-up groom, and the results are fantastic—she's so soft and smells amazing! It's clear that she feels comfortable and well cared for during her visits. My only minor concern is that the pricing feels a bit steep, but the quality of care keeps us coming back. Overall, a wonderful experience! ?

Ashley has been our groomer since we moved to the city. She has been very patient with Kona (although Kona hates every single visit). Kona looks amazing at each visit and we are so grateful for Ashley for being so patient with our highly anxious Kona. Thank you Pampered Pet and Ashley!

Very kind groomers and definitely will come here again for my pets grooming! Only gave 4 stars due to my dogs hair on the top being a bit too much and not fully even with her body so I had to trim it but honestly everything else AMAZING! ? my baby has no cuts and she’s a wiggle monster so thank you!!
Got my 2nd dog who is a goldendoodle groomed today and WOW OMGOODNESS ABSOLUTELY LOOOVE HIS HAIRCUT! He does have some cuts sadly but he seems to love his new look. He smells amazing, feels so soft, absolutely in love.

We take our very large and very hairy Golden Retriever to see Amelia regularly. She does an absolutely fantastic job and our pup loves seeing her. The staff is always friendly, the premises are spotless and parking is easy. Highly recommend!

Top Notch
The shop carries high end dog gear and treats and the staff is friendly and helpful. My 14-year-old springer spaniel, Wesley, was groomed for the first time in 13 years by someone other than me. He got the works: bathe, shave, nails, and teeth. He’s a sweet old guy who is also partially deaf and blind. I gave Stefanie a lot of information about him, but neglected to mention that he was deaf and blind. Even without this information, Stephanie did a great job and Wesley was happy and unstressed when I came to pick him up. He looked and smelled beautiful and seemed to have enjoyed his time with Stephanie. We will definitely go back again and would trust Stephanie with any of our fur babies.

This place is excellent with cats. I have several Persian cats and if you know anything about the breed you know it’s hard to find a place that won’t butcher their haircuts with seamless transitions. I started coming here about 8-9 years ago with my 1st Persian cat I owned and saw Katie she than left and opened her own so we stuck with her for years but after dealing with medical stuff she ultimately shut down her business recently and I had no one to take the cats too we tried one place and it was the worst ever the cat came home looking like he was dragged threw the streets to say the least. I finally made an appointment with pampered pet salon and saw Alex I believe is the groomers name and once again after years of not being here they did not disappoint she did a absolutely wonderful job he looks fantastic seamless transitions and the most perfect lion cut she also had to work around making his main look good because he gets knotted a lot regardless of how much I brush him and I have to always cut out knots around the mane. He’s also not the easiest cat to groom he gets nippy around his feet and just in general. Anyways,
Thank you pampered pet salon and Alex for making Suede look like a million bucks. We will be coming here from now on.

My Golden Retriever, Hazel, looked wonderful after her visit to Pampered Pet Salon. Her fur is silky smooth and smells great! They even managed to trim her nails, which are tough to do.

Even better she seemed happy after her visit, and not upset at all. Thanks to her kind and gentle groomer, Candice, who did a great job. In fact, all of the staff were great.

I’ll definitely be back the next time Hazel needs grooming, and highly recommend Pampered Pet Salon for your fur babies too.

Update 4/29/2024:
I just took Hazel back today for grooming, nail grinding and a bath. Once again with excellent results! My fur baby looks and smells great, and the staff were kind and gentle like before. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the groomer this time (sorry!), but she was great. This is definitely my “go to place” for Hazel’s grooming needs.

Update 7/23/2024:
Just took Hazel back today for grooming, nail grinding and a bath. As always, she looks great! Lauren took care of her today and did a great job! Wonderful place, with gentle and kind staff. Definitely worth the (quite reasonable) price.

Update 10/17/2024:
I took Hazel in again today for a bath, trim, and nail grinding. With the same great results as before. Lauren took care of my fur baby again, and did a wonderful job! I really appreciate how she listens to the information I provide, and pays attention to the details. Plus everyone there is so nice. A consistently great place to take my fur baby!
