I have been going to them since they opened! I was so excited when I saw the sign that a dog grooming was coming only a few blocks from my house. The service is amazing, the staff is friendly and kind; they take the time to make you and your pet feel comfortable! Definitely great service! Very pleased with how my pets come out every time. I also love that they know their names when they see them. Makes me feel at ease!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my baby for a hair cut. Lady told me to come back in 5 hours, Felt it was a little suspicious but I didn’t have anywhere else. When I got my baby back I noticed he was sad and crying. I took a look and he was all bloody!!! Should of listened to my gut feeling. His ears inside was full of blood and had a big scab on his head. They didn’t even have the heart to Inform me that he was harmed at all! I can’t even imagine the pain my puppy went through. They didn’t even care to clean up the blood. Cold people!!!!!!

I was sent here by a referral from my usual pet groomer, it's his daughter's grooming business. It's so bright and the outside is painted so beautifully. Very clean. My dog wasn't gittery or anything. Seems like they really took care of him. It's a little further than I planned to travel but for great customer service and a fair price I will. I think i found my dog a new place to get his grooming needs met. I really recommend this place. My dog really seemed happy. Thank you?
