We love our local Pet Supplies Plus! They have the best coupons and rewards program and they are very active in the community. You can bring your plastic pet food, treat and litter bags here for recycling. The employees are always so kind and helpful. I also am able to get my dog’s food here instead of having it delivered, they are one of the few places in the QC that has it in stock.

Very nice staff! They cleaned up after my 6mo old scared ,just adopted puppy. Super friendly! For that reason alone I will be back! So sorry 😞 about puppy diarrhea! You you guys were so kind.

the tall blonde girl (Brooke I think) is super helpful and knows her stuff. she told me all about optim cat food when I asked her a good alternative to the lower quality food my cats are currently on, super easy decision to make the switch, she even asked about their age so I can make sure they're getting the correct nutrition!! I like how many different types of optim there is, having two senior cats makes me appreciate how specialised their diet is with the senior cat food.

overall, excellent experience, great customer engagement. Taylor and the older man (Russell?) were absolute delights as well, super on top of it and made me feel like the store is ACTUALLY run by people who care about the products they sell and their customers.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. excellent variety of stuff for all types of animals, healthy fish, and a very well taken care of and clean dog bathing station.

Our girls went to the groomers today. They did such a great job!!! Extremely friendly and you could tell how much they love the animals. Highly recommend.

Loved the home store feeling compared to the big box. They do have great coupons and sales if you sign up and become a member. Good selection of food, treats and toys as well. It's a new store so all staff is still learning but seems to be catching on fast. Give them a try!

Noah was great and fast with helping us find the food and treats for our dog. He was also really kind enough to let my kids pet the ferret. Definitely going back to this store I had a great experience!

We’ve been several times now for food, toys and treats since they opened. All of the employees we’ve encountered have been helpful and friendly! The store has a nice layout and my dog really enjoyed the visit checking out every aisle. The dogs have also really loved the speciality bakery style treats by the front door/cashier.
