I can't truly give you a fair rating here I took a friend there and they shopped I didn't. They could not find what they were looking for but, did purchased something. He said the prices are about the same as where he usually shops. His experience was good.

If I could give this place more stars I would. I have a very picky eater. Tried so many things and didn’t work. I then met Eileen who works there and told her my situation and helped me pick food that would work and that her picky eaters like. She went around the store showing me options and differences between each item. Thanks to her my dog is as happy as can be and loves the food she recommended. I couldn’t thank her enough! She deserves a raise because she knows her stuff ?

Very clean and beautiful bathing area! Us humans love the easy to use self use bathing area with high counters and blow dryers, however our doggo is not a fan we make for it though with a trip to their extensive treat selection after! All the employees are super nice and helpful and all say hello to my doggo which she appreciates as she thinks the world revolves around her. This is definitely our new pet supply shop of choice!

My pup received grooming service from Teri at this location. She had a terrible attitude at pick up. When I mentioned that her belly was uneven, she got extremely rude and grabbed my dog and put her on the table and yelled at her to stop moving. After coming home, we noticed my dog wasn’t able to turn her head to the right. After lightly touching her neck, my dog started yelping. We took her to the clinic, and turns out that her neck was strained. I am not sure what happened during the session but this is not right. The way Terri was really rude to me, I’m sure she did not treat my dog like she was supposed to, with kindness. I highly recommend avoiding this location, or at least this groomer. She should not be doing this service if she has no love for pets. I will definitely not be coming back. Very disappointing.

Update: Store only called once and left a voicemail. I called back only to leave a message but have yet to hear back from them. After a week of no response, I believe they have no intention of contacting me. My pup has now visited the vet 2 times. On the second visit, an x-ray was done and turns out she has a dislocated disc on her neck. I added x-ray image. My pup will now need follow-up treatment. It pains me to see my dog in pain every day. This is not fair. I do not wish this on any dog.
