I’ve been bringing my long-hair cat Luna here for her grooms for almost two years now. Every time, the service is absolutely exceptional. My cat will not let me near her with a brush and won’t let me even touch her paws, let alone trim her nails. The awesome groomers at Riverfront Pets are able to do the whole “the works” on her in less than 25 minutes. She’s never stressed or upset when we get home (I actually think she feels extra pretty after her “spa day”). Worth every penny. I would and do recommend everyone here.

My Patches is 19 years old (90 in people years) hence his graying hair. I took him to Riverfront Pets for an overdue groom. The staff checked us in and were friendly and responsive. Leslie, his groomer was so impressive. She took her time taking breaks to make sure he was doing ok. The front desk called me to estimate when he would be ready for pick up. When I arrived Patches was a happy dog. Very excited. I could tell he had a great experience.

I hate to write this review I have been using river front pets for years with all my dogs and they have always been friendly and helpful. I took my new dog who is a pitbull very docile we are waiting for a bath to become open as two other customers walked in. When the staff overlooked that we were waiting for the bath once I said something they asked could our dog share we said no because he is jumpy when getting baths. They then told me it was an extra 10 dollars for a private bath which would be fine if I had ever paid an extra 10 for all of my other dogs who also needed private baths but were labs. I asked the lady when did they start that policy. She stated last February which could not have been possible or was never voiced because we have been there several times since last February. I’m not sure why the service was different this time but we did not feel welcomed as usual. I will not be using the service again. I was also told they were booked for grooming when they overlooked us but offered it to the lady who came in after me as she stood next to me. I have a free wash if anyone would like.

We have had many good experiences at Riverfront Pets. The dogs love their groomer “Gloria”, who does a great job with them every six weeks. The owner and staff are always pleasant, gracious and very attuned to your pets’ needs. They have high standards for their staff and products. We are moving to another state, and we will miss them.

I love visiting Riverfront Pets! Their staff does a good job of remembering the names of my dogs. The self wash station is always clean, convenient, and affordable too! Plus you’re supporting a local business!

My fur son, and I love this place. I have tried other groomers, and he hated them all. He walks into Riverfront Pets like those are his people.
They're friendly, great customer service, with a cute store attached for all your dogs' care.
FYI Im just my dogs secretary, these are his words. Lol
