Walking into North Shore, you can rest assured you'll have an extremely positive experience. No matter what may be going on inside the facility, their dedicated team of highly trained, professional and caring staff will personally make sure every single one of your needs are met. All around great vibes. It's also super clean and smells quite pleasant. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice and friendly place to receive quality care. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions and concerns regarding my mother’s care. The therapy team is great and is helping my mother gain her strength back. The nurses are lovely as well. I’ve been to other buildings and it does not look as nice and clean as Warren Barr North Shore. The staff is very accommodating to her needs and wants (I know my mother can be complicated). They are also attentive to me and my family when I visit her.
