Prices are good, selection is great, shipping for me was a little slow but it's around the holidays so I'm not surprised.

The post office damaged the box but none of my shrimp or crayfish were dead on arrival so they must package these things well!!

3/5 of my shrimp died within the first two days but I'm not sure that is The Shrimp Farm's fault, they were stuck in shipping for an extra 2-3 days because of the holiday shipping delays.

Overall I would order from here again, but maybe not around the holidays!!

My shrimp arrived intact, happy and blue AF. We even got an extra one!! They’ve already disappeared into my tank, but they’re perfect. And I can’t wait to be a grandma.

The Shrimp Farm is excellent! You better be excited to see lots of shrimp, because that’s what this store’s got for ya! Plus shrimp-safe fish and lots of plants. Ryan & Ryan and are very knowledgeable about shrimp and clearly love them. They just moved into this new space about a month ago and I’m very excited to see how everything looks once they’re fully settled. Even if you don’t keep pet shrimp, come check out this great spot!

Shrimp farm is superb with their prompt shipping and warranty...my shipment got damaged from the carrier and drowned my order, all the bags burst killing them all...Shrimp farm seen it was a packaging issue and reshiped promptly....now the sent me a crayfish by accident should have been Shrimp breeders but hell can't knock the effort....I will always purchase my exotic fizh and plants from them forever they be good people....

Ordered 5 Cherry Shrimp, they all came alive and I even got a couple extra baby ones. After acclimating then according to the instructions that come with them in the packaging every single one is still alive. I ordered multiple plants and they all came perfectly healthy. I ordered them in 45°F weather which makes this even more impressive to me. Ryan (the owner) even sent me a follow up email asking how it was going and I asked some questions in return. He promptly answered my questions. If I could give anything higher than 5 stars it would be The Shrimp Farm.

Was completely horrified to open my shrimp delivery and see PLANARIA ZOOMING AROUND GROSS. I have 32 + tanks and have managed to NEVER get planaria in any of them and have also never gotten them in past shrimp orders from other providers. Not what you want to see when ordering from reputable organizations, I cannot recommend this company as I have thousands of shrimp in my home and have never received shrimp deliveries with planaria, only seen them in badly maintained fish shops where I specifically didn’t buy because of their similar planaria infestations.
