Absolutely incredible service throughout the whole process! The booking process was super easy! We were thrilled to be able to get an appointment for our pup the following week. They kept us In the loop when they were running a bit behind so we weren't ever sitting around waiting. They showed up and talked to our pup like she was about to have the best spa day ever and it was super sweet. You can tell They take pride In their work and love what they do. Our girl has never looked better!! Great job ladies!! We will definitely be using your services again soon! ☺️

I shared a review on 13 November 2023 and was frustrated that I didn't get my pet groomed. It was my fault that I didn't answer a call when the appointment was scheduled. I would like to apologize to Shampoochies. They have a very solid and responsible business. I am looking forward to seeing what my Candy will look like on her appointment on 16 September. They have always done a great job with Cotton.

The groomer was very rude and harsh as if they showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. Granted I did leave the home for about 15 minutes , but there is a polite way to kindly say that someone needs to be home at all times during the grooming appointment. The first bad encounter with this groomer is when I had to contact them only to find out that my appointment was canceled that day. Without any prior notice. I do believe if I wasn’t a person a color she would not have treated me that badly after spending that type of money with a business i expect to be treated with respect. She will not have to worry about my service anymore. Learn how to talk to people in a decent manner. Because I was very hurt by the way she spoke to me. When you were calling to follow up I was turning into the neighborhood. It was never communicated that I must be there at all times. It was a mistake and that doesn’t excuse how rude you were to a paying customer. Just as you said things come up.

Wonderful service!! They took good care of our Pup and he looks so good!! I definitely appreciated that they came to us. My pupper is getting older and I love that he didn't have to climb up into my truck to go a groomer. They are very professional. Constant communication through the whole process. I definitely recommend this service ❤️

Great job my husky looks amazing.
My dog does not do well with new people.
She been abused. They took the time to make her comfortable with them before taking in the van. This meant a lot to me.

They are great with dogs that need that special one on one attention due to anxiety and PTSD problems. When I get a client that doesn't do well at my shop because of the other fur babies I always inform the owners about this place and how it would probably work better with their fur babies' needs.
