One of the best treatments center I've ever been too. The staff was remarkable they took care of all of my needs as asked. Always smiling faces and celebrated your birthday when you had one. Had multiple occasions of takeout food. Dance classes work out classes. Got to use your phone only for a hour but still don't know many places like that. I highly recommend anyone to go I was in the Roanoke Virginia one. People really do care ❤️💯🤗🙌😊

The staff at Pinnacle are more to me than my own family. They care. They help, they support.. there's not much they don't do. Just make sure your ready because you don't want to become the next one who isn't lucky enough to live through this disease. God bless them. I love them. And I recommend them to everyone!

The counseling was horrible. Was a solid program but really needs to work on keeping schedules appointments. I left on last day upset because my meds wasn’t even thought about till the last day. I did build wonderful relationships with my peers. One counselor was always very rude and always made comments about drugs that shouldn’t be brought up in a rehab. One day she came to work plum out her mind most of the patients thought she was high and I did also. Her name was Paula

The staff at pinnacle was very unprofessional. She was very rude too the driver when the driver came too pick up the patient. When we were leaving the lady that worked there started walking behind the vehicle yelling. Very unprofessional.

This is a great place to go for recovery. The staff are amazing and all really care about people struggling with addiction. Alot of them are recovering addicts themselves

This place is there worst joke I have ever come by. DO NOT GO THERE! They treated me like a kid that wanted to die I would give less that one star if I could!!! Go somewhere else. You'll thank me
