DO YOUR RESESARCH!!!!! Do you know where these animals are coming from? How naive can people be? Just look at their pictures. These animals don't look happy; they look scared. 99% of every puppy you see is coming from a puppy mill. DO NOT be fooled by the artful website, pictures, facility. Ask the right questions! Want to know where your new pet actually came from, go to bailing out Benji and they offer a FREE service to track down where your dog came from. Stop supporting this, please!

If you take this seriously then why for years have people had issues with pet land? No one has ever reached out to discuss any other than the 1-800 line saying nothing they will do. No need for a PR response company need ro be exposed

Went here for the first time today and got some excellent plants for my aquarium as well as some beautiful shrimp. The employee Damien was amazing at his job. Great to talk to and very personable!!!

Bought a 4k dog and was supposed to be a teddy bear got it dna tested and it is 100 percent Shih tzu company is full of
Liars don’t trust anything they tell you our paperwork does not even have the correct parents on it

. Your response is a joke your company is nothing but a puppy mill. You don’t know anything and your line to call is a joke and does nothing to do anything only protect your company and no resolution. Can’t believe some government agency has not shut its place down

Absolutely splendid place!! Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us from start to finish. Helping us find the perfect little Nugget for our daughter plus all the accessories and toys and kennel. They literally help with everything, even financing! Best place with the cutest animals!!

Costs here are absolutely rediculous. I have heard from people that their puppies have been sick a day or two later and 1 even died. So sad. This place should be shut down. They are scamming people out of money when you can purchase a pup with papers, shots, for less from a reputable breeder on the American Kennel Club website. Everyone please do your research. These people purchase from breeders and mark up the price tremendously. They tried purchasing my baby rotties for I am a breeder myself and wanted to up the cost at an insane amount. No way would I ever sell my babies to a place like this. Please please do your research and if you want a full blooded pup with papers and that go to akc marketplace. All of them on there are full blooded and have papers. Some also come with all their shots, deworming, and some also offer a health guarantee. This place does not offer a health guarantee. You can search on the AKC site for what type of breed you are looking for with prices what area and a lot more information depending on the breeder.

No prices on any animals which makes it extremely difficult to make decisions what dog to spend time with. They expect you to know what dog you want before knowing any prices. It’s extremely backwards. We were ready to buy a dog but we didn’t feel comfortable with this setup.
