The staff was very pleasant. The Doctor answered all my questions. My baby Blake (cat) went in with an abscess the doctor recommended some test and medicine that same night he was back to himself. Highly recommend the prices are reasonable.

My family's been going to Lansing animal hospital before I was born and I'm 58 so that saying something. Our dogs are our family. Dr Nava has gone above and beyond for us with her kindness and consideration. I never feel like additional Services have been encouraged, only necessary ones.

I’ve been coming here for years!!! At least 9 years now for all my pets. Dr NAVA is amazing!!! She’s never steered me wrong and has been very attentive to my sick dog. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Nava and staff. Shout out to Jessica who works the desk. She’s an absolute angel!!!

Had the best experience here! Brought my dog here for the first time yesterday for a sore on her leg and hair loss on her body. She’s a 96 pound pit/lab mix. They were sooo good with her and Dr Nava was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Answered every question we had perfectly. It’s a 20 minute drive for us but we will 100% be taking our dog here from now on! Attached is a goofy picture of our dog trying to search something on their computer in the exam room🤣
