Why because they tell you one thing and when you do it you still don't get seen then they you have to wait a hold month out, just to be seen about time When you get seen, your dog will be dead.

The staff is very friendly, and they remember who you and your fur babies are. The veterinarian is very thorough and patient. I feel confident knowing my babies are in good hands whenever we have to go see them. Thank you guys for great service!!

Very friendly people and the price is good. It is a little hard to get in during transfer season but it is not too bad. If you don't use them for your routine care and meds you should call and check prices.

Love Dr. Brooks. It's so clear she cares for any pet that comes to her. One of our pups used to "need" a muzzle because she would get upset when our prior clinic gave her shots, but Dr. Brooks knows how to keep everyone happy and distracted throughout their visit, no snapping or problems at all. She has also helped us with finding the right balance between behavioral training and medicine for said anxious girl who has been much happier.
It is definitely difficult to get a hold of someone by phone because the front desk is very busy and works hard!! But they are very good at responding to emails within a few days, or if you stop by in person. Very happy with our experience.

Great service easy to schedule. Easy going and helpful once arriving to post. Miss Renee called both times for a friendly reminder. Emma and Dr. Brooks were a great team got our pups up to date in and out.

Absolutely peeved with the base vet. I am an extreme planner and book things way in advance, always. I had contacted the vet a ways back to schedule my dogs apt to get his Health certificate for our upcoming PCS. I was told the books for July don't open until June 15th and to email them then and they would get him booked. June 15th comes and I email them immediately in the morning. They didn't respond back for DAYS (I even tried calling multiple times and emailing again) to tell me the day I wanted was booked, I said ok then book me in any spot that's open within the 10days the health certificate is good for. No response again for days! Again, I try emailing back and calling. No answer. I was finally able to go in person today before they closed and she told me they are completely booked til the end of July. I'm like ? Ive been emailing, calling, etc like I was told to do and now you're telling me you have no appointments available Her only response was that's a question for IT seeing as their system has been down. I'm like if you're system has been down how the heck are you completely booked then!? I now have to scramble to book with another vet that we have never seen before and pay almost double the costs because our vet can't answer their damn phones EVER nor respond back to emails in a timely manner. I'm venting yes, but this is honestly the most asinine vet I've ever been too. It's absolutely ridiculous they can't ever answer their phone and the only way to contact them is by email?
Don't waste your time with the base vet and just book somewhere else.
