We've been going to Dr. Tim for years. I trust him. He's honest. He's saved one of my dogs. His staff is kind & caring.
He doesn't try pushing things just to make an extra dollar. Definitely recommend Dr. Tim

Let me start by saying that I have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years. We have other family members who also bring their pets to Hoof and Paw and referred many clients because we have always loved this clinic. The front desk girls and techs are wonderful - always! Today I waited for over an hour past my appointment time. This is unacceptable. Doctors should not be scheduling 15min appointments (2 at a time) AND expect to build relationships with their clients. When asked by the vet how I was doing I stated I was aggravated. He laughed. Maybe he didn't hear me. And not once did he apologize for being so far behind. I could go on but I will just leave it as please do better Dr. Tim.

I have been going to Hoof n Paw since the 80s. I have always been pleased with the care my fur babies get there.
The staff is always friendly and works with you on my appointments. The 3 doctors there are fantastic and knowledgeable on the animals of all sorts.
Thank you for many, many years of wonderful services and living care on all the fur babies.

I have never had a worse experience at a vet. Dr. Tim has absolutely no compassion. He scolded me for my kitten already being neutered, which wasn't my choice since I adopted him, and said I set him up for a lifetime of complications and just wanted me to know "what I created". I was given serval different options as to what could be wrong with my kitten and in the end he said "We will give him these antibiotics and see if he lives or dies". I have never had a vet be so cruel to me. And the rough way he handled my kitten was downright hard to watch. The cheap prices are not worth the horrible treatment from the vet.

Just had to say how much we appreciate the team. Tim's taken care of our babies for the last 7 years. Today we sent Patches to heavin to be with Sugar that we lost last fall. Both went healthy into their old age.. 15 and 17. They brought us a lot of joy and of course both may have been a tad spoiled. Sad yes but we know they both got the "queen" treatment. Yes we will have more dogs after we take some time to travel. And YES our future pets will be in the hands of Tim and his crew...

Please read the recent 1 star reviews, I wish I had before I took my new kitten here. Gave them the paperwork I had on my kitten and they seemed confused as to if he was up to date or not, I meet the vet and he immediately said my cat was younger than what the paperwork I had said due to how his teeth looked.. Okay... Then he proceeded to give him a shot and something in a syringe in his mouth. He's out of the room before I can even ask what he just gave him... Going back up to the staff in the front they give me a receipt for an adult fvrcp vaccine. Why is my cat getting an adult vaccine if the vet just said he is only 4 months old? I leave and my cat proceeds to vomit all over himself in his carrier, I call them back concerned and they are asking me questions trying to deduce what the vet gave to my cat in his mouth. Turns out it was dewormer which can make cats nauseous apparently. Great, that would have been good to know in the first place. . But they didn't even know and had to ask me questions to figure it out... I'm sure these people are fine individuals but they don't know how to communicate with one another, the vet is too old school and I do not recommend them at all. Feeling so sorry for my poor kitten. Take your pet elsewhere.
