We went here and adopted stitch on the 8th. He has already warmed up to us and is best friends with our other cat pumpkin. They were all super nice and helpful. They even sent us with a goodie bag for stitch with toys and food. They had tons of cats that were super friendly and sweet. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a pet.

Absolute horrible experience. Went in around 4:30pm in Friday. I couldn't get through to them on the phones. I drove an hour to be told by Melissa that I wouldn't be able to see the cat that night but I was first in line the next day. Called the next day to tell them I was on the way. They were already at Petsmart. They allowed the cat to get adopted out from under me. My 7 year old is very upset. This was supposed to be his cat.

the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the cat I adopted! they even sent me home with a bag of food and treats! overall it was such a pleasant experience. my cat (peaches) is the best addition to our little family, i mean she fits right in!! she’s very energetic and loves to play with toys. i love this cat so much and it wouldn’t have been possible without this amazing staff!

I adopted two lovely kitties from here and I'm very satisfied. They seemed well taken care of, have all their vaccinations, etc. I highly recommend BAHS if you're looking to adopt. If you don't want to commit fully, consider fostering or donating to help the good folks and animals at BAHS!

Adopted 2 lovely cats from BAHS. The staff is super sweet and kind. They do not force you to adopt and truly want to help you find the best companion that's suited for your household. Melissa the cat expert was really kind and really helped with the process!
