The past two times I had taken my dog in to get her nails trimmed, she has come back bleeding - profusely, for hours. I can only assume they are rushing. When my dog was not bleeding, her nails were jagged and sharper than before, almost as if they had been hacked haphazardly.

I recognize it is tough to trim a dog's nails, but we take our pets to these businesses (and pay quite a bit) for a professional job to be done.

After this initially happened, I thought of it as a fluke. But, now I understand it is a business practice they are attempting to thrive under.

Took Husky in for a nail trim. Her paw pads weren't trimmed up. I can get type of job done at Terri's ( and not knocking them). I was expecting the job, that they did several years ago. They shaved and tri.mmwd up her hair and paw pads.
I inquired several times before and was told, that they would take care of trimming/ cutting the hair. Very disappointed and won't be using them again.

This place is so wonderful and has the absolute cutest treats for your animals! If you live here, if you just moved here or if you’re just coming into town and you have an animal stop by here, they treat you like family and I haven’t had one thing that I bought from there ever last in our household of one dog and two cats. they eat it up and they love it. This picture is one of their chicken fritters and is one of my dog divas favorite treats of all time and I’m not just saying that to say that I genuinely mean she is crazy for these.

Terrible customer service. Been getting my dog groomed here for years. they have always said they need proof of shot records before hand. well they decided they would tell me at 8am on the day of his appointment that's needed. than tell me it's my responsibility. being a paying customer you should have gave a curtesy call. Bad business

My favorite place to ho yo spoil my dogs. They have so much packed into their location. We always find something extra special each time we visit. My dogs have loved everything we have got for them. Makes special occasions even more special.

We have used Freddy’s for grooming for many years. They always take good care of my pup. I don’t book routine because I like him longer and I trim and bathe between full grooming appointments and most of the time when I decide I can’t keep up with his hair they are usually able to get me in really quick and I appreciate that.

I brought my blue tick coonhound in to the establishment 2 days ago. He’s very skittish, high strung, with separation anxiety. I put a muzzle on him and the girls told me to go outside bc they didn’t want Hank to see me during his nail trimming session. I was skeptical about this but 5 minutes later a nice lady brought Hank out with no muzzle on and nails trimmed. Needless to say I was very impressed bc ik he’s a real handful. The price was my only problem. It was a little high compared to the last place I took him but their kindness and professionalism won me over so the extra money was not a big deal. The cost for the walk in nail trimming was a little over $17. As an extra bonus after I paid my bills bill another nice lady gave me a “woofle” for Hanks good behavior from their bakery. I’ll definitely be bringing Hank back to them next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought in my two dogs to have groomed. The undercoat remained intact and within two weeks clumps of fur were forming. Was told I’d receive a call back about it , over a month later nothing. $160 to have my dogs brushed and shampooed
