We switched after going to 3 different vets earlier this year. We found out our boy has cancer in the mouth.

Due to the past vet not treating him right and telling us the proper care after his surgery made it worse I feel like.

Dr. Spencer and Sarah have been a life saver.

Not only were they able to get most of it out, but also made a PLAN for him. I treat my animals like a human, they deserve every chance like we do. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do. I love them so much.

Dr.Spencer and her crew are great! One visit and you will know these people love animals and do their jobs well. They go above and beyond. I pulled up one evening to pick up our dog’s meds. They had just closed. The desk associate came over and unlocked the door, I really appreciated that. Our Golden Retriever goes to get a monthly injection. He’s an older guy, and not very fond of these trips. They came outside to our vehicle to give our dog his injection. It was so appreciated, not only by us humans, but even more so by our canine! Care is in their name. Thank you Care Animal Center.

When I tell you they love my dogs like their own! hands down the best Clinic to bring your pet. They truly want what's best for your pet and everyone there is so nice they don't judge they are completely on your side and work with you as a team to ensure your pet is healthy. They remember me and my pets and definitely not a get you in and take your money at all. They listen to your concerns even if you feel like it's a silly question they don't make you feel like it's a silly question Nana and Sassy love them 🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely exceptional. We were seen about 30 minutes after our appointment time but it did not bother me one bit because of the level of care they provided. I could tell that all of the staff truly cared about my dogs and they took their time getting to know them/me as well as answered all of my questions. I know how busy vet offices can be but I never felt rushed during our time there. Highly recommend care animal center!!

They loved on my little dog and complimented both of their training and took all the slobbery kisses from my big dog. By far the best vet clinic I have been to!

Kindest dr by far. She listened to our concerns and showed real empathy for our dog. The staff went above and beyond for our fur family member. This will be our forever vet. Can’t say enough about this place. I feel safe with my dog going there. Tank was happy too.

They were AMAZING when it came to getting our kitty in and treated. Thunder loved the staff and they were so attentive, kind, and supportive on helping us get our big boy all better. I can’t express how thankful I am that they accepted us after getting so many “no” s from other vets and animal hospitals. He’s at home now and seems to already be doing better! They love a patience they show the animals are unmatched! Thank you isn’t enough!

We just switched over to Care from another vet and we had a great first visit with our two huskies! All the staff were super friendly and took the time to answer all our questions.

They also took time to get to know our dogs and do a thorough exam. By the time we got to the vaccines, our oldest dog was too busy giving Dr. Spencer and the vet tech kisses that I don’t think he even realized he got 5 vaccines. 😅

Horrible, my cat was dying from a urinary blockage and I was laughed at . Very uncomfortable and unprofessional behavior. I even asked for prices and payments but they again, laughed at me saying “there’s not a vet in the world”guess what? I took him to Whitehaven and they treated me and my cat with way more respect. The higher price there was worth it. Shame on Care Animal Center

Update: They have given me the most robotic response. Of course I'm not in your system as a client... yall refused to help and your front desk was incredibly rude. I wouldn't want your services after that, so duh I don't have a client account, I came in inquiring to set one up!
