We have been here twice with cat emergencies. My impression is:

- Dr. You listens, explains well, and is understanding.
- The front desk staff and techs provide outstanding caring customer service.
- The facility is clean.
- Parking is easy.
- The online check-in process saves times.

We have closer ER options, but given our experience, we choose to come here instead.

I never expected such outstanding service. I Googled pet emergency hospitals and was lucky to have this one pull up. I rushed my Bella to this hospital, and to be honest, I wish human hospitals and staff were as excellent as this one. The staff immediately took action and they took Bella from my arms and rushed her to evaluate her. It was suggested that I leave her over night. I did. That was on a Saturday.

On Sunday at 1am, I was notified that she was in really bad shape and suffering a lot. She was almost 17 years old.
They could have waited till late that Sunday and been able to charge me the full amount they had quoted, but no. They truly do care about the animal, the owner, and not the money. I went to her side and was give an opportunity to say goodbye. When i left, they told me they had credited my account by a lot.

I chose to cremate her, and when I went to go pick up her ashes, I was ready to pay $200.00 to $300.00+ for the cremation. That's what all my other friends have been charged. The staff told me there was no additional charge - as they handed her ashes to me.

Some days later, as I was struggling with the loss, I received a condolence card - signed by all the staff.
They are beyond 5 stars. Highly recommend this hospital.

Came in over the weekend when my dog was experiencing some issues. Cindy at the front desk was so kind and helpful to talk us through what was going on. I can tell this is a place where the care for your pet really matters. I would feel comfortable coming back here again thanks to her.

Would recommend I brought my dog in because she was coughing and had labored breathing. She was uneasy and it was in the early morning hours and my dogs vet is not open until normal business hours. So I decided to bring her in to get evaluated. She does have a history of a heart condition and is currently taking medication. I was afraid it would be kennel cough or something else. Dr. Ha was honest and informed me that she needs to see a Cardiologist Vet to adjust her medication. The tech was also very nice and informed us of the processes and checked us right away unfortunately I forgot his name.

Amazing customer service & so clean inside. They offer online check in, which is such a bonus as many places don’t offer this. The vet was so wonderful he made me feel that my fur baby was in the best hands. My Louie is recovering wonderfully thank you guys ?

I’m not super happy with my recent experience here. The staff was very nice, but my compliments end there. I don’t feel great about bringing my animal here again. I brought my cat in at 3am for a terrible UTI. They offered some tests, and quoted me $92 for a Urinalysis (photo attached). After I already paid the invoice, I realized suddenly the Urinalysis cost went way up, and there were charges on the final bill that were definitely not on the estimate. I tried to add pictures of the estimate vs final bill but they keep getting taken down. A $92 Urinalysis quote somehow became $215.

In addition, the vet, although a nice guy, prescribed my cat an antibiotic that I told him my cat had had an issue with previously (he didn’t eat while on it at all). He even wrote in his notes, “Patient reports issues with this drug”, but still insisted that I give it to my cat and ensured it would be safe. As a result, I stupidly gave the antibiotic for 3 days, which ruined my cat’s appetite— my cat did not eat ANYTHING for 3 days — he could have very well died. It was absolutely devastating to watch him wither away while giving him a drug what was supposed to help him. I feel horrible that I obliterated my cat’s gastrointestinal system and he still, 3 weeks later, is not eating as much as he was before. Antibiotics can cause permanent damage to the gut flora. I regret accepting that medication and believing the vet that it would be okay. I should have listened to my gut. I should have insisted on another antibiotic.

That brings me to my final concern- I tried to call and request a different antibiotic after my cat had gone 3 days of ZERO eating, but the vet would not switch out the antibiotic unless I brought my cat back in to the Emergency and spent $500 more dollars on additional tests that were unnecessary, which I considered because I was desperate to help my cat, but decided against. Thank god the next day, day 4 of NO food eaten, my primary vet had no problem switching out the antibiotic for me, and never even suggested the tests that the Emergency insisted on me doing and refused a different antibiotic until I did them. I am so glad I didn’t re-traumatize my cat and waste more money by going back. He is doing a little better now, but he is still not the same cat that he was before.

I checked in around 8:05 pm New Years Eve and told them of my dog breathing problem. After 5 minute later or so they ask me to pay $1000.00. I pay for the love of my dog to be healed, Then they called me to get inside the room and handed my dog which is vegetabke already. I’m speechless crying. My dog response like she still want to live. But it’s too late and my dog suffer pain from the hands of this vet doctor Jay You. I know my dog is supposed to be still alive but when he handed me she’s dead. I think this dog hospital is not a recommendable place for our dog family. Sad to say but my baby did’nt make it on their hands and I’m still broken. The blood of my dog is in the hand of this doctor Jay You. No mercy doctor.

What an awesome pet hospital! Doctor and staff were really thorough and caring. My dog was vomiting and not eating for two days and I knew something was wrong. I first went to another emergency close by but they told me it was going to be over $10k! And the wait time was 7 hours! So happy I found this place nearby by and they charged me a fraction of that. Super scary to have my dog in surgery but he made it through and back to normal. Thanks guys!
