Always thorough and amazing with my dog treats him just as I would always great communication. If I need to reschedule the really great about it they understand that stuff happens. My dog is always so beautiful when they’re done and he’s happy. He’s smells amazing and looks great 10 out of 10. They also listen if there is anything going on with him. For instance, he has hotspots and is very sensitive about them and they understand that and treat him so kindly

I inquired about my 3 large senior dogs, I was able to get an appointment for the next day for all 3.

Ray showed up on time (a text was sent before his arrival time to let me know he was on his way!)

Meeting Ray was a pleasure, he truly emits happiness from within, the first dog was my big boy Shadow who has never been professionally groomed, he liked Ray instantly! He came back in smelling amazing!and very clean!!
Ray said he did fine (this dog absolutely hates bath time!!!!!)

The next was Rambo he too liked Ray instantly, and with the same results, smelled amazing and was so clean.

The last one Taaka has been to groomers before and she also liked Ray instantly!
She came back, white, clean, and smelling amazing!

All three dogs like Ray instantly!!!!!

Will definitely have him back!

Amazing experience with Melanie from Flawless Dog Mobile Salon. My boy Loki was a long haired mess. Loki is really shy and anxious around people/groomers and she put him at ease and gave him a great cleanup! I highly recommend Melanie and Flawless Dog!

Melanie is wonderful. I felt comfortable leaving my elderly girls in her care. She was so very sweet and gentle with them. The no drop off or pick up is awesome. And not an all day event for my dogs, no more waiting in a kennel for their turn. Taking all day to get them back. It is a lot less stressful on my dogs, and myself. If you haven’t made the switch yet, do it you will not regret it at all. I wish I would have done it sooner.
