The staff is friendly ,and helpful. It's clean. Most days you in and out fast. For the ones that work they are understanding and try to schedule your counseling sessions on days that you have the extra time.
If you are serious about receiving help I recomend coming to this clinic.

In my experience The staff is friendly and point . They remembered my name right away and are always polite. They made it simple and easy to get started and going here has made a real impact on my life and recovery from drug addiction. I came from Coco, Florida. So Crossroads is totally different in a good way. They actually respect you. But the way you are treated is amazing. You are always respected and treated like a person. If you have a problem, it is dealt with quickly. They remember your name and talk to you with respect. I do wish the time between patients was a bit less but everyone has a job to do and I understand that.

I wanted to take the time to edit my review. I still standby the rating I gave them. My husband asked me to leave a review for him. He is thankful for the treatment and the staff at crossroads. ALL of the staff have always been professional, helpful, patient and caring. He has nothing but great things to say about everyone he comes in contact with especially his counselor. He recommends crossroads to anyone looking to get treatment.

I recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a comfortable place for recovery. The project manager Allison is doing great things and everyone working at Crossroads makes you feel so good and zero judgment. I have been coming here for almost 3 years. Never once met a rude worker here they all are so caring. Definitely give this place 5 stars!!!
