Nurses are attentive and caring. The staff is helpful and always on hand to answer questions. Residents enjoy activities like bingo, fancy nails and carnival day was a blast

This was my second time at this facility. The facility was clean upon entry and the staff were very cordial and friendly. The patients room was clean and neat. The patient was also very presentable. A quick glance at the dining area or event room had a nice appearance and was very tidy. This facility is definitely one of the better one's that I've had the privilege to visit. Is there room for improvement? There's always room. Overall, very good experience.

One of the worse places to put your family members for rehabilitation or just if they need to be in a home the staff is nasty and rude they don’t care about the patients don’t even verify with the patients their medication just walk in and give it to them and if u speak up to them and let them know how you feel they take the anger and frustration out on the patients after you leave it’s very unprofessional and not family safe or friendly also they left my father bed pan full in the room for hours when I say this is by far one of the worse places too put your family for anything and sad thing is this review won’t help with the staff or Change anything but don’t let the good ratings fool you take your family somewhere else and if they can’t and this the only option god be with cause u gone stress

My initial thought was not so good, as the days went by I observed a change in personnel and attitudes. There are those that are concerned with the people in whom they are caring for. Remember how you treat the elderly and people in general because you to will one day get old if the Lord's will.

Came for a visit from NC to see my Uncle and the facility was nice and clean and all the staff was very nice and helpful. His nurse came in immediately to change him and was very sweet to him.
