I payed CE International for 6 hrs cont Ed as a guess. The day of the live event I have severe issues connecting to the conference. Could not see the power point and hear the speaker at the same time. Was also dropping the connection every 5 to 10 mints, so I have to load again And again. I use apple tablet, which I NEVER have problems before connecting with other continue Eds sites. I keep sending messages asking for help. After 2 hrs of struggle , I decided I got enough. I asked for refund or at least credit for the money wasted. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to this training. They asked for my phone number to contact me later, which I provided. They also had my email. This was about 5 weeks ago. Still waiting for a respond or call…. So unprofessional.

I receive continuing education emails from this company and received one for a Suicide Prevention webinar. In the promotional materials for the webinar, there is an image of a person holding a gun up to their head. I emailed them to inform them that this image is extremely inappropriate to use in promotional materials. As a survivor of suicide loss, this image is extremely distressing and triggered a PTSD response. I recommended that they use an image that does not depict a method of suicide, to which they responded, "We have received your email and the picture was not meant to cause distress. This is a continuing educational course and that is all."

This is not an apology and follow-up emails inquiring how they plan to resolve the issue were dismissed.

I highly recommend that they do some work on trauma and how they can take action to prevent further issues like this one.

I recommend using a different company for continuing education that takes responsibility for their actions, learns from their mistakes, and works to improve instead of dismissing the issues.

I called customer service to ask a couple questions about an upcoming CE seminar. I was told someone would call me back soon. That was 3 weeks ago. I guess they don't really want my business. I'll be sure to tell my colleagues, as well. I know nothing re: the actual seminar and apparently never will.

I took the online course, Nutrition for Inflamation and Pain a few weeks ago. I am a physical therapist and wanted some information to help my patients with chronic pain. I also wanted to improve my own health. This course was packed with great information including the latest research. Ginger Schirmer PhD, RD even answered questions that I had for her after the class through prompt emails. I’d recommend taking this class. You might find yourself listening to it more than once!

I am loving this site so far. I can literally get assisted at 1 am in the moring, and they are there to help and guide me through. The courses are relevant and theris variety on time and days for the course. compare to other companies in th emarket, their price is fair.
