Tenía mucho tiempo de No dar una opinión por este lugar! Mi esposó estuvo muchos años ahí por estar desahuciado; solo les interesa el dinero; No el bienestar del paciente, hay algunas enfermeras poco profesionales y cuando el paciente presenta una queja lo tratan con indiferencia, aún cuando son ciegos Los ignoran! 😔

The prior reviews of this Skilled Nursing Facility are from the the former owners setting back a few years ago. Since we have taken over, we have done substantial updates to the facility. The improvements we have made on the building sets it apart from other skilled nursing facilities. We are clean, modern and NEW. We have a wonderful staff that cares about our patients and most importantly treat them like family. California Post Acute Care (CAPA) is SUCH a great place to work. Here we like to have FUN! Your loved one will feel right at home. If you'd like a personal tour or have any questions, call and ask for me, Chris. I'm the Marketer and Community Liaison. California Post Acute Care in Lynwood is an awesome skilled nursing facility for total knee replacement recoveries like mine. The team cared well for me. Their therapy care is excellent with 5 star physical therapy and occupational therapy!

This facility is very beautiful! The employees are very friendly and welcoming. They treat the residents with kindness, compassion and respect. Resident rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Overall, my experience here was very positive. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks.

California Post Acute Care has a such a great team that truly cares about their patients- Chris especially has been super helpful! I would highly recommend having your loved ones sent here. I recently had the opportunity to experience California Post Acute Care, and I must say, it was a positive experience. The facility is very student-friendly, making it an excellent choice for preceptorships. The nurses and support staff are exceptional, always willing to lend a helping hand and share their knowledge. A special shout-out to Nurse Tiffany, who consistently went above and beyond to support both patients and students alike. Overall, I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to gain valuable experience in a nurturing environment.

This was one of the worst nursing homes ever. They failed to provide my mother with the proper care, high blood pressure patches were not given to her and they make some kinda red look juice calling it cranberry juice but it's not. I slept outside over night to protect her from these monsters and the next day I had to call 911 to come get her out of that facility to get her some medical attention. This a place where they take elders ppl to watch them die.
