Absolutely amazing service. My cat developed pancreatitis last week and the clinic was able to get her in the same day, and bring her in an additional time that week as she was still not eating. She is now fully recovered and it's due to the staff's excellent care. Thank you!! Wait times were minimal and they can do blood work and x-rays on site so you know within 20 minutes what's wrong.

Good overall experience. The vet we saw was nice and explained things well. I’m not sure what the other reviews regarding high prices are about? I’ve been to three or four vet clinics the last few years when traveling and I’d say BAC was about mid range prices compared to other clinics. They were able to get us in same day which was great! My only concern is the waiting area—there isn’t much room to spread out and the treatment room doors are right next to the chairs. I’d be concerned about an altercation between animals because there is no room to separate them. Next time we might just check in and wait in the car and have them call when they’re ready.

Was our vet for 16 years. Used to be great, but not anymore. Sat in lobby for 30 minutes past appointment time. People arriving 20 minutes after us being called back, so we left without iur big getting his checkup and shots. Looking for a new vet.

I was lucky that my fur baby had 14 years of good health without needing many trips to the vet. But last month he developed a urinary block from crystals for the first time. Dr. Linton and the staff took amazing care of him while they unblocked him but unfortunately last night he blocked again. After Dr. Linton talked me through our options, I made the decision to have my boy put down. Everyone was so compassionate and helped make the process as painless for him as it could be. I will miss him every day but I will never forget how wonderful Dr. Linton and her team were to him.

I'm not sure what the actual vet is like but I went there to ask about vaccines and I asked about the distemper shot (what she called it) and what is for, one of the women at the front told me it was supposed to keep my dog calm. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Distemper in dogs is potentially deadly. Direct all medical questions to vet directly.

I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years. Not to say there are not other certainly wonderful and qualified vets in the area. But I wouldn't take mine anywhere else.

Not just because the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, caring and helpful. But because these people really care about your dogs. I say dogs because I have dogs. They care about your animals. It's not just a money grubbing experience.

I want to know my dogs are going to be treated like family when they're there and they always are.

I have a Yorkie dog that is going to turn 21 next week. Do you think I would trust her care to just anyone?
