Elizabeth was warm & wonderful with our little Kiki & she enjoyed her pampering today. Great communication, clean & Excellent service to our little sweetheart. Especially like that she was not stuck in a cage and got 1 on 1 attention and love throughout the session - highly recommended to use this service and Elizabeth was amazing! ?

Best. Groomer. Ever. Cannot rave about them enough! We have always been hesitant with past groomers because Zeus is super anxious. Andrew was beyond amazing and helped all of us to be comfortable; he sent detailed updates and pictures, it was so so reassuring. And to boot, the price is great. Seamless and sweet experience. The groomer, Fatima, arrived on time. Our dog instantly gravitated to her. Fatima asked a lot of good questions regarding our grooming preferences. Fatima was thorough and detailed. I will go as far to say that this is the best grooming hair cut our dog has had. Amazing service from Barkbus. I'm giving 4 stars because the pricing was on the high side, but not sure if that was due to the years of experience of the groomer. That being said, I would still recommend Barkbus to friends and family.

Elizabeth was absolutely amazing and did such a wonderful job. She was kind, patient, and very talented with her styling and cutting! Way better than expected since our Gigi had some matting. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth did an amazing job with K-Dubs our tuxedo! She's been having a harder time cleaning herself lately and we wanted to get her set up for some easier maintenance. Elizabeth was kind and patient with her (despite her screaming!) and took care of her with some churu we provided. Absolutely wonderful experience!
