They completely butchered my dog's hair. I called to let them know and was met with "The owner is aware and will call you". I haven't heard back. Mobile pet grooming is definitely a convenience but it has obviously come at a cost. It very expensive and low quality. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my dog's hair and it was completely ignored. They shaved my dog (poorly) there were a lot spots missed and the tail was left long. They should be embarrassed at the quality of work. But I guess when you're this busy you can sacrifice a customer or two. They've done great work in the past but they really did a poor job this time and the fact there was no follow up tells me all I need to know about them standing behind their work.

I been using this company for a few years and never had any issues . Was notified several times that my dog afraid of blow dryer, but they were able to manage it and complete grooming. Several times I was unhappy with hair cuts, but never complained. Today I had an appointment and new groomer showed up ( they always had new ones, so makes it impossible to establish trust)and from the moment I saw her I had a bad feeling. Almost 2 hours later I got a call from the office saying that the groomer was unable to do haircuts because my dog afraid of the blow dryer and pooping constantly, and I have to pay $125 for bath, because she had to wash her 3 times and she worked for 2 hours. I told them that it’s not my problem and I am not paying them $125(price for full grooming $150)and the manager told me that they will take me to small claims court and will never serve me again! No apologies! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Not good groomers, showed up late and the manager had the nerve to let me know that if I wasnt at home within the 15 minutes of the appt there would be a fee and a no show in my part, What , they were the ones that were 30 min late, groomer only spent 30 minutes and hairs still all over dog. Didnt clean ear as asked. Go elsewhere

If we could give above a 5/5 star review, we would! Not only was this groomer punctual and convenient … but she treated our normally anxious pup with amazing care. And of course, the cut itself was second to none. Thank you so much Aussie Pet Mobil and know that you’ve made a lifetime customer ?

I was going to give Aussie pet mobile a 3 or 4 star rating due to scheduling problems, but Matthew showed up and explained all that was going to be done to my baby. He didn't take a long time but when my cat Petris came out he looked amazing like a new cat. His mats were taken off and his fur was clean and his nails were trimmed. Petris was able to finally relax and not have those painful mats on his back. Thank you Matthew and Aussie pet mobile. I will call again for a bath for my Petris. And Petris thanks you also

I would have posted a picture of my dogs grooming but it is too embarrassing. i understand mistakes can be made, but the groomer did a terrible job of trying to correct the deep stripe he made after his clippers came apart. Be aware, people will make fun of your pet if you use these guys.

I’m very picky when it comes to who cuts my dogs hair. When I found out that her groomer was moving out of state had to find another groomer. After searching and reading a lot of reviews I came upon AUSSIE’s pet Mobile. I am extremely happy with their service and definitely have found her permanent groomer. Rocky is very nice and gentle with my puppy.

Love love love Rocky! She has groomed my Bernedoodle 3 times now and I can not use anyone else! She is patient with him, takes her time and keeps me updated on how he is doing! I know he is in good hands with her!

I just love the convenience of them coming to the house and grooming right there so I don’t have to drive somewhere leave him and then go pick up. Pricing is reasonable as well!
