The veterinarian took time to answer all my questions and give me guidance for this particular dog's current and future needs. I wasn't pressured into making decisions but I was given all the information I needed. Very thorough examination and assessment. So happy with this provider!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The clinic was clean and did not smell like a typical vet’s office. The doctor did a thorough examination on our St Bernard dog. She answered all my questions. She called me later with the test results and explained things well. Highly recommend this clinic.

Everyone at Animal Hospital at the Crossing is so kind and attentive. I feel like I always come in with a million questions, but the vets and vet assistants are always so patient and explain things to me in a way that I can understand. They always take such great care of my cat and never brush off my concerns. You can tell they really care about animals and even though my cat is a bit nervous they're always so caring.

First time coming here today with my dog Molly and I was extremely impressed with the staff and the vet. They were very considerate of her needs, were thorough, and gave me options regarding her allergies that were not available at her previous vet. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who has a pet who suffers from allergies.

My cat Eevee just had a major dental surgery here and the staff and Dr. were so supportive and professional. Honestly best vet I have ever been to. They also gave me amazing advice on how to give pain medication and how to care for Eevee afterwards.

I was so worried about Eevee's surgey and how she would feel after but they reassured me and that was really nice of them.

It has been a week after Eevee's surgery and she is recovering very well! Basically back to normal already. I highly recommend this vet, they truly care about your animals.

I brought my dog here after I received a grave diagnosis at the U of I Vet Med, and was unable to afford the surgery ($10k) at Vet Med. I called here in the morning, and they were able to take me immediately. Everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate, and were so understanding of the situation I was in. My dog came home after a successful surgery, and I couldn't be more grateful. While my anxiety was completely out of hand, the staff were incredibly informative and empathetic, and probably the best veterinarian experience I've had in Champaign-Urbana. The surgery also ended up costing slightly less than what the clinic quoted me, I paid under $800 in the end.

I had to take my old car in for surgery. The vets where very nice and understanding, and very much loved on my very talkative boy! What added to it was the day after his surgery they called to make sure everything was going good and assure me how he was acting was normal. I will defiantly recommend this place
