Clodoveu has groomed my goldendoodle Harley about 4 times now. When I first got Harley I had a photo of what I wanted and Clodoveu exceeded my expectations, he explained what he could do and let me know it would take a few appointments to get Harley the look I wanted to achieve and I appreciated his honesty, as I knew nothing about grooming. Harley comes back happy, fluffy and clean after each appointment and I know he is well taken care of! I get so many compliments when we go out for walks!

Extremely convenient booking process, and the fact they come to the door is fantastic. One hiccup was there was a bit of confusion at the end when I was asked to Venmo my groomer directly even after Alpha had my credit card information.

The main reason I am giving 2 stars is that I booked this appointment to outsource the worst of my dog's summer shedding (German Shepard, so extremely a heavy shedder at any time, but especially this hot summer). However, it does not appear that the grooming part of the appointment did a whole lot, as within 30 seconds of coming back inside I am still pulling up tumbleweeds of hair when I pet him. So probably not worth it if you are in a similar situation. Probably good for just baths or things like that.

Amazing awesome experience for my family! Cristina was our groomer. She was communicating before during and after completion. For our first time she let us tour her van and see the set up which was awesome. She was great with our toy poodle! Cristina thank you for the communication and for making our first experience so good and we look forward to your services moving forward! Worth every penny and our dog looked amazing and Cristina accessorized her so perfectly!!

Made an appointment to get my puppies first hair cut and was beyond excited. Then 15min after the appointment time the groomer texted to say his van had broken down. Not his fault decided to give them a second chance and booked again for the following week. Got a confirmation email the next day. Two days before the apt I had two groomers from the company call to cancel my apt. It should not be this difficult to book and have someone follow through. Will not be trying again.

Renata was amazing! I have a nervous pup and he was smiling while getting finished up! She did a wonderful job and happy to see how calm my dog was when completed! Would 100% recommend.

Our dog was attacked by a skunk. The woman was flexible with her schedule because we had to bring the dog to the vet. She was extremely accommodating and understanding. She also found some additional scratches missed by the vet. She was a former vet so was able to give great recommendations of how to care for our dog. Highly highly recommend this service. Would definitely use again.

This was my first time using Alpha grooming, my pup regular groomer closed her business. Jose arrived on time. And was very nice. My puppy looked really nice and smelled so good. I will definitely book with Alpha grooming again Thank you so much Jose
