My gma and aunt love it when jenni comes to do the dogs. She always does a great job. Will have her back again. Don't want anyone else to do our dogs.

Never contacted me back. I don't even know if this business still exists. Had to go somewhere else. Being handicapped makes it extremely difficult to take my service dog anywhere for grooming. But when Mobil ones never communicate with you, there's no other options. I hope they don't treat the elderly this way too.

Jenny was absolutely amazing with our two chihuahuas! She was prompt, on time, and thorough with her service! The dogs are so very happy, and the outcome of her care is absolutely wonderful!
She is so kind, and really makes you trust your four legged kids with her! We will be recommending her to everyone! Thank you for such a wonderful first time experience! Best of all she comes straight to your house! Which makes our pups so much more comfortable than going to a public place with others! 5 stars!

I called to book an appointment and the first available appointment was 3 weeks out. This is post-covid so I understood and booked the appointment. The day before Lindy texted me to confirm and I replied right away. Nobody showed the day of the appointment or responded to my text asking if they were still coming. The next day I called and was told the appointment was "overlooked." I explained that I was upset because I gave my anxious dog a sedative specifically for this appointment. I was given a very insincere apology and asked if I wanted to rebook for their next available appointment. There was no offer to fit us in or give us a discount for the inconvenience. We will not be using them again.

They were late but called in advance to let me know so no worries. Came up to our door introduced themselves and went right to work. Super convenient resonably priced and did a fantastic job. Couldnt be happier.

First I must say, They're NOT mobile!

Also they re-scheduled me twice!

Other than that they treated my pet well. However they didn't trim the hair around his paws and they didn't clip his nails as was expected for the $65 charge.
