I have taken my cat to Acacia for two years and I’m auger pleased with everyone I’ve met there. My cat can be skittish and nervous around new people, but each staff member has been calm and kind with her to the point where she starts to purr during the exam! They are thorough and knowledgeable, honest about treatment and prices, willing to answer whatever I needed to know, and I would recommend Acacia to anyone looking for a reliable and personable vet.

Every experience I have had at Acacia has been absolutely amazing! They are affordable, clean, caring, and scheduling is a breeze. I have a fearful and sometimes reactive rescue dog as well as a happy, easy going dog who loves going to the vet and they are very accommodating and thoughtful about each of them. By calling ahead I was able to enter the office calmly during a quiet period and go straight in to a room to avoid any commotion in the lobby that my nervous dog generally struggles with. The team members ask questions about my dogs history and genuinely care about how they are doing - I have already received follow up calls/emails checking in on them! The staff is patient and understanding of both my dogs needs and did not rush their care. Dr. Hendel was especially amazing and did not push either of my dogs boundaries and had a very calm and compassionate approach that made their experience a positive one. The vet techs and front desk staff are just as friendly and pricing is very reasonable. I’ve been to other vet hospitals around town and this is by far the best experience my pups and I have had.. won’t be taking them anywhere else now! Big thank you from Nero and Beo <3

I love Dr. Wilson and her staff! I chose this animal hospital on a random whim from a list of complimentary vet visits post-adoption from PACC and I made a great choice. The office is on-call for pet questions and well-educated in their respective field. They are so loving towards my animals and patient with anxious pet owners.

Before I moved to MD in 2021, I had Acacia as my pets' vet. Now that we are back in Tucson, I am so happy I stuck with them. I had mainly made a wellness appointment for my dog since he was already established there but I found the experience to be great and I'm grateful we returned. Dr. Wilson and Sarah were so kind and it was easy to talk to them about my concerns without making me feel doubtful of my skills as a pet parent. Harrison was also kind at the front desk and the check-in/check-out process was fast and easy.

They were also communicative and updated me when I had to wait in the room. I had a previous experience where I was waiting in a room for an hour without anyone coming in to talk to me. I loved that they came in, even just to say that they were just waiting on a test.

My pup was well taken care of and had a lot of treats, courtesy of Acacia. I feel confident and secure about his health. Acacia is a bit of a drive for me now but it's worth it!

I HIGHLY recommend Acacia Animal Hospital for their compassionate care and attentive service from every single vet/tech/receptionist my dogs Cubone and Eowyn have seen. It's rare to find vets with consistently great service that truly care about your pets, and they hit all the marks. They sincerely listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions without judgement. I am a skeptic, but I trust Acacia 100% with my dogs' health. Because of them my dogs LIKE going to the vet 🙂

Exams are done thoroughly, and they provide lots of positive reinforcement to make it a good experience for the animal. Last year I was temporarily caring for a 110+lb very reactive (bite risk) mastiff mix, and they went out of their way to make sure we were both safe and comfortable. They had him begging for pets by the time they were through! Even for administrative tasks, they're very helpful - I had issues with licensing my rescue due to not having proof of spay, and they somehow found her PACC records from when she was a puppy despite issues getting info from the original owner + no microchip to go off of. There have been times I've called/emailed to see if a situation was urgent or could wait until their next opening, and they are quick to respond. (They even called me a couple days later to check how my pet was doing!) When they're busy, service is still friendly and not rushed.

I could honestly type up a whole book about this place. It's a huge weight off my shoulders to have such reliable people in charge of my pets' health!

Awful experience with this vet. I booked an appointment for my cat through their online form. Required to fill in the paperwork to book. No problem. Then the threatening calls and emails all the next week. If you don’t fill out our paperwork (our online system doesn’t work) and pay 65.00 deposit we will cancel your appt. If you don’t want to give us your financial information over the phone you will need to visit in person and pay before the appt.
Wow. My cat’s health was never a part of the conversation just money and their broken online system which somehow was not their fault and no apology or responsibility on their part. My beautiful cat deserves better. I’m glad the dealbreakers for these rude people came early.

The moment we left to find “cheaper” care, was the moment we will regret for the rest of our lives. Dr. Laudonio and his team are beyond amazing. We consider them family and wouldn’t trust any other vet office to care for our beloved fur babies.
