We loved our experience here! I was nervous because of my dog’s past (traumatic) history with groomers and them not being gentle with his ears due to allergies. But Katie was really great! She listened to my concerns and made sure my dog was comfortable. He came out looking happy, very neat with an even cut everywhere. We’ll be back for sure!

If I could give this place a million stars I would! Brought my Norwegian forest cat Ella for a good grooming today and they did WONDERFUL! Ella came out of her grooming appointment relaxed and so happy and of course SO SOFT! You need a good groomer this is the place to go! Will definitely be back (:

5 STARS! We have a cat and she’s a little over a year old. She loathes anyone touching her paws and nails. After buying so many grooming supplies for her nails nothing worked. Our cat would scream and cry just by us trying to get her to get her nailed trimmed down. I just purchased new dining room chairs with seats my cat could ruin but thanks to the wonderful ladies here I won’t have to worry tonight that my cat will ruin them. I found this place on google and called. One of the ladies that answered the phone was so friendly, upbeat and kind. She said I could come in right away to get my cats nails trimmed and I did. I was out in under five minutes! The minute I opened the door my cat was calm, cool and collected. The whole time my cat was a whole new cat for them I couldn’t believe what I was watching. I will be back! I also bought one of the pet candles they have up front for sale too! Awesome business highly recommend!

Amazing experience, The staff are all very knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful, my 17 week old Shih Tzu (Inola) had her first puppy cut today, and I couldn't be a happier fur baby dad, I spend hours daily working with my puppy and was super happy to hear she did better then the big dogs. If you're looking for a Pro Level dog grooming experience, then look no further than Pro-Groom. Your pet will thank you for it! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been very disappointed with my experience, and I have never met a groomer that I have had a bad experience with. My dog was either not bathed or bathed so poorly that he had dried poop and weeds in his fur at pickup. He was panting profusely when we got in the car. His harness was secured improperly after staff had been informed that he wears a special harness because he is able to escape harnesses. In addition, he was sent home without his collar which identifies him if he were to have slipped his harness, which easily could have happened because it was barely on. His haircut was extremely uneven. The only accommodation for all of these issues that was offered is an “additional” bath.

I brought my husky shepherd mix for the first time today & Pro Groom did a great job.
I’ve asked for several things to be done and they checked all the boxes. Uni’s fur was very soft and smelling fresh! Staff was friendly.

We took our dog Luke here, it was the morning after he got sprayed with a skunk at 3am. A few hours after we dropped him off, he was super shiny and smelled absolutely great! The workers there were super nice and I appreciate their hard work on getting the terrible smell off of him. We also picked up a couple of treats for the road. I wish I could rate this place 11/10! They’re worth their money and time, thank you so much for helping us and our stinky boy!
