Animal One is new to our neighborhood. The great thing about this veterinary clinic is that it’s employee owned. I think that means that everybody that works there has a vested interest in doing a good job and making the business successful. Every time we take our babies there, we feel welcome. The facility is clean and well laid out. It’s nice to be able to meet in a room that facilitates accommodates you, your pet and the doctor, especially after Covid restrictions. From the receptionist to the veterinary tech,to the veterinarian, everyone seems genuinely loving and interested in our fur babies. They get great care and we feel confident that they’re in good hands. So far, so great.

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care and expertise provided by Animal ONE! My dog, Millie, has been suffering from a persistent flea infestation, and I was at my wit's end trying different treatments without success. From the moment I walked into their clinic, I knew Millie was in good hands. The receptionist Emilia was wonderful! Not only was she friendly, she was able to get Millie in the very next day!

The staff at Animal ONE were not only professional but also incredibly compassionate. They listened attentively to my concerns and conducted a thorough examination of Millie. Millie suffers from anxiety and is timid around new people, They were extremely patient with Millie which made me feel at ease. The veterinarian explained everything in detail, outlining a treatment plan that addressed Millie's specific needs.

I recently made an appointment at Animal One to get a second opinion for my senior dog. Everyone in the office is kind, engaged, approachable and committed to providing a high level of care and service. Dr. Yokoi is amazing and has gone above and beyond to consider all treatment options for my dog, referred me to a specialist at Marqueen and consistently follows up on how our treatment is going. My dog's quality of life has greatly improved since he has been under her care, we are now treating his arthritis and heart murmur with medication. I can tell that the Doctors at Animal One have been very intentional in setting an amazing standard of excellence for this practice. They treat my dog and I with such patience and understanding, never in a rush and covering all of the bases. They show you a quote for services, tests and medication before moving forward with anything. Prices are completely in line with other local vets. I moved all four of my Brittany dogs and cat over to the practice. I highly encourage all of my friends to make their next appointment with Animal One.
*I also had a great initial experience with Animal One when they saw two rescue Brittany Spaniels that required immediate care - they were so flexible with the National Brittany Rescue, my regional coordinator and myself. The rescue was super impressed.
