Went there today and was very disappointed with the customer service - I’ve asked for information on some products and have been met with a very bored, unfriendly and dismissive attitude by one of the women serving at the counter and I really don’t understand why. From her facial expressions to her tone of voice, she made it clear that she was bothered by being asked normal customer questions. I'm a loyal H&B customer and have shopped in different stores across the city and in most of the stores I had good customer service, especially in central London. HB please solve this, it is really ruining the shopping experience to be treated poorly 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is my amazing go to place when I am in London for my protein powder and these amazing protein bars, 198 cal over 20 g of protein all plant called the bar raspberry and chocolate. I just bought a case to go home with me. Amazing amazing, organic nuts, supplements, everything a conscious eater needs. Earth based diet!!

I visited the store a few days ago and was absolutely impressed by professionalism of Artem. He delivered the best customer service, was really nice to every customer in the store and was smiling all the time. Dream employee!!!!!!

Visited today and was very disappointed in the service - given the location, I understand the pace but the shop was almost empty, no long queues, nothing and the attitude of the woman serving - she was rude without necessarily being rude, from her facial expressions to taking deep breaths and sighing when a customer was asking questions, to rolling her eyes and just being very unfriendly. Body language was off entirely - we all have off days yes, but when customer facing and the customers are more than polite, they don't deserve that kind of service. I was very disappointed to witness such behaviour and then the person serving me kept rushing the screen on his side when I was entering my house number, he did it x3 times to the point I had to say (in a light hearted manner but showed my annoyance), that he needs to slow down and stop rushing... I'm a loyal H&B customer, I shop there I would say weekly and have always had excellent customer service. Even in the more questionable parts of London but this experience was simply not it and safe to say I was left feeling quite dissatisfied. Let's hope the staff have a better day tomorrow 🤷🏽‍♀️

Good store that sold a variety of health supplements and convenience items. I picked up a few items and the cashier reminded me that it was buy 2 get 1 free on almost the entire store. So we ended up getting a third item completely complimentary. The store was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful.

Went in today to collect an order. I've had an email and a text confirming it was ready to collect. The young lady asked me for my name and last 4 of the order number. Checked on her pda. Couldn't find it. Asked me if I was sure that it was this store, then she found the order number. Then searched for the parcel and couldnt find it, then her colleague comes along and she asks if I'm sure its this store. I said I've got an email and a text. 1st young lady then says it's not here and asks me again if I have the correct store, keeps looking and then eventually finds my order and hands it to me. I said oh so it was there the whole time? They both ignored me. No apology. No sorry about that no ability to communicate professionally or try. Especially when you're quick to 2nd guess the customer when you simply cant see for looking. Awful customer service.☝️

Today I planned to buy few items, noticed a shop assistant a lady, she didn’t notice a customer until I asked her to hep to find the items I needed, she had a ruler and pointed there and there, no listening and no explanation. Staying in shocked and watching how she is serving other customers, saying very loudly no privacy and respect. Her name is Marela and say that I am not happy being today in this shop in Covent Garden.

I just walked in the store, no one works here except this lady. Guess what I did? Walked away.. don’t want this trouble again.
Young gentleman survived in very good manner and knowledge.
