They are horrible. They wouldn’t help a pregnant dog that was on the street in the cold with snow and ice on the ground. They had an option to bring her to safety, but they declined her I pray she makes it with her puppies.
They should be ashamed because if they were in a situation, they would want someone to help them, and God did not put us on this earth to mistreat animals or any human

Went in here mid-week on a hot June day and received the exact information I was looking for when my cat went missing. The staff that helped me was informative, to-the-point, and helpful. The space was clean and well taken care of.

A neighbor allowed her extremely aggressive presa canario-pitbull mix to roam the neighborhood freely, and it made itself at home in my yard. It had a bad habit of barking, snarling, snapping, charging, and lunging at me and my family. At every encounter, I called Animal Control for help, asking them to at least complete a report or talk to the owner and ask her to follow the leash law. They refused to get involved, stating that that wasn't part of their job. After a year and a half of this, the dog finally attacked, leaving me with more than a dozen bite wounds, ranging from bruises and scrapes to deep punctures and hematomas. A bystander called 911 because of the sustained ferocity of the attack. I called AC that day, too, once I had reached safety, and they did not respond, saying that this was now a police matter. The police responded but did not cite the owner, stating that it was an Animal Control matter. I was left facing thousands of dollars in medical bills and crippling cynophobia. Thanks, Animal Control! You've been super duper helpful!

Needless to say, there was no justice, and the dog continued to roam freely and entered my yard several more times over the next year, once even trying to attack my young son (I only had a can of spray paint as a weapon and shot it right between the eyes with a stream of bright white paint, which I guess startled it enough to send its vile self back where it came from). When another neighbor's Husky started breeching our fence to kill stray cats and other small animals, I'd had enough of negligent owners and a useless AC. I added more cameras to my property as well as Fort Knox fencing to keep all loose dogs out. If any more dogs make their way into my yard, I won't bother with Animal Control. I don't know what their purpose is, but it's clearly not to control animals in St. Clair County.

Their negligence could have killed me.

Just adopted Nala & Sarabi recently. They're the perfect fit for our family. Nala is no longer nervous or stressed. In fact she now runs the house hold. I cant thank you enough. Thank you for the pleasant experience 😊

I seen this sweet girl on pet finder, and decided to make the drive to see her In person, well I fell in love, and adopted her. First I must say the girls were sooo helpful from the very beginning to end as it only took 2 days to call her ours! Ashley was Very prompt in emailing back to communicate, answered all of my questions, they were both super sweet and you could tell they cared about the puppy. The process was very fast and smooth, and i cannot thank them enough for making our gift to the kids possible in adding a new family member!! Thank you again!! 😊

Ha Dutch seems to have adjusted to home life rather quickly.
As you can see he learned to jump up on the bed with mommy for snuggle time!!
He seems to like to destroy toys quickly so I am in search of more heavy duty toys.
He can't get enough snacks!!
He has no problem with sitting on command and getting all the attention he needs.
Loves to take car rides with no problem.
So far so good he has good manners even when he wants attention.

If we didn't find DUTCH when we did I don't know what kind of a dog we would have wound up with.

Took my dog for shots and a micro chip. I like that they bring you in one at a time. Very friendly staff.
