Just coming back here to leave a review and remind you guys that the school actually sucks. It’s been around four years since I left (Let go because I couldn’t pass pharmacology) And honestly, the school could care less about your care and commitment to their programs. They only care about results. Some of the teachers did seem a bit racist, but that’s just my opinion. This school is very flawed. If You really want to be a vet tech just apply to a local animal hospital. I worked in an animal hospital for a year after I was let go for this program and honestly, I could have saved myself the loan in the time that I wasted on this school

Went to an animal adoption event in 2022 that they have there. I guess they take rescues and then allow students to practice administering vaccines and whatnot? Anyway, ended up adopting a sweet little 45 lb hound/boxer mix in which they told me nothing about her other than she came from Mississippi. Turns out she had heartworm and had to pay over $2,000 in her treatments. Also did not tell me about her aggression with other animals and found out the hard way when she attacked our 16 lbs Boston terrier multiple times and put her in the hospital. After trying to keep her in our family because we love her, we tried training for 2 years until we decided we can no longer keep her due to the aggression. Called this college and what a surprise they do not take back dogs and also told me to reach out to NAWS shelter because they “work closely with that shelter” so I did and NAWS relayed to me that they in fact do NOT work with this college. Thank you for reading, you guys suck 🙂

I am a student at the Vet Tech Institute and I have recently finished my on campus studies here. I can confidently say that this is the best experience I have ever had at a school. I attended a university before attending VTI where I was unsure of my career path. I was on a pre-Vet path before but realized I wasn't happy on that route. I soon found VTI and decided to enroll. I met some of the best friends I will ever have in my life here and learned so many valuable life lessons. The instructors and administration are like family. I am so grateful everyday that I chose to enroll here and eternally grateful for the memories I made while I was there. Thank you to my amazing instructors Dr.B, Dr.King, Ms. koeppen, Ms.Payne, Ms.Wray, Ms.Woodhouse, Ms.Moore, and Ms.Aguado. Thank you to the administration. Thank you to everyone that made my time at this school a success. I will forever remember my time here and I WILL be recommending VTI to anyone wanting to become a vet tech.

I enrolled in the veterinary technician program with Fox College back in 2017. The structure of the classes were great and the way Fox College prepared me to take my Board exams were above any other preparation I have ever had at a college! Another huge part of the programs they offer… when you are nearing the end of your degree they help you put together a solid resume and provide you support for job placement for the rest of your life. Yes, that is correct forever! Fast forward 5 years and everyone there is still like family to me! That’s what I love the most about Fox College… not only were the classes and learning material great, but I know I have supportive mentors I could always go back too if I needed help with anything. Fox college is the best, I am SO THANKFUL for the opportunities that have come my way and I have Fox to thank for that!

VTI at fox college is a fast pased program as it requires alot of time mangement and organizing for test but the teachers and staff here are helpful and willing to work with you if you communicate with them. The hands on skills you learn here are also helpful and encouraging.

Fox college has allowed me to grow as a person and find my passion with animal. The staff is incredible and so helpful in every aspect. We are a family at Fox and they want to see each and every one of us succeed. I have met so many amazing friends that will be apart of my life forever. This is a amazing school that allows for each and every individual to find their place while working toward their career. I would recommend Fox College 100%.

Words do not do this school justice. I am so thankful for the experience I have had at Fox. I will not lie when I say it is not easy, and needs to be your top priority. But you are rewarded heavily for the effort you put into this school. I formed amazing friendships and great relationships with all of my instructors who believed in me and allowed me to push through this program. I was fortunate enough to stay above a 3.5 gpa and had the role of mentor supervisor during my time at Fox, and it was the best decision I could have made for myself. I feel incredibly prepared for my career as a Vet Tech and I know I am going to pass my VTNE on my first try thanks to the time and effort that these teachers put into me and my education. This is not a place where you can slack off, and when you do is when you see the decline in your grades. I have never seen better cared for animals and the Kennel Manager, Jess does everything in her power to ensure students are taking care of them to the highest standard. I would like to give a special shout out to Dr.B, Ms.Payne, and Ms.Wray who push you to be your best and truly care about your well-being throughout the vet tech program. I have no regrets going to this school, and am so excited to be moving onto my externship after 16 great months in this intense program.
