Called the store for dog aspirin and when I got there it was waiting for me at the counter. Great work guys. And it was $3 cheaper than Pet Smart down the street. Great 2 person crew! Thank you 😊

Helpful staff, clean, organized and relatively well stocked for dogs, but did not have what I was seeking, for my bunnies, the really big bag of Timothy hay. There was only one product for deworming cats, which was very small and extremely over priced, so, I'll probably have to shop online to find what I'm looking for. I'm attempting to physically go to stores to help keep them from shutting them all down, but it looks like all roads are leading to, no physical stores in our not so distant future, it appears to be headed toward the internet or bust, for darned near everything. 😓😢

I purchase some merchandise for my dog and was at the dog tag station when one of the workers came up to me and told me I owed an additional $5.00 on my purchase. When I went back to the register to pay she told me my transaction never went through on there cash register so I had to pay for it all over again. I looked at my bank account and told her the transaction shows pending on my account. She said well it doesn't show on our side so you must pay again. I told her I was not going to pay again without knowledge that it didn't go through on my side. I had to leave the merchandise and now I have nothing to prove I made the purchase if it goes through my bank. I went back to get her name and explained that I have nothing if the purchase goes through. She wrote her name down Mia and gave me her attitude. When I explain this was not my fault that her register doesn't show the transaction she replied it isn't may fault either. I never blamed her for what happened all I said was I was not going to run the transaction again without checking to make sure it did not go through my bank. This whole process was very unprofessional and now I have no merchandise and a charge.

I have been coming here for 6 years . Everyone here has been great! I recently started doing the shipping when we wanted a cat tree that would not fit in our car, thanks to an awesome suggestion by an employee. Then I started using it for dog food as opposed to Chewy, the delivery has been far more reliable coming right from the local store. Bob G has been my delivery driver and brings it right to my door and sends me a confirmation text! I forgot I was on auto ship and had a lovely surprise last week which was just in time to need more! I’ve always had a good experience when I go to this location. All the staff have been kind and helpful, the store is well kept too. I place orders online through them as well and every delivery is spot on, we enjoy the little appreciation notes from the team too!
