Everybody's experience is different so take it with a grain of salt. I went in to get my dog some help he had an infection in his mouth everything seemed good we are happy I was talking to a customer waiting my turn at the counter lady looked at me and asked what was going on I let her know she couldn't figure it out so she said hey I'll be right back I'll go get the doctor and they came out didn't explain anything just said hey it's after hours it will be $435. I asked why is that it says you don't close till 5:30 and its only 3:30 3:45 right now she said well the doctors are done for the day the store is open till 5:30. So quickly in my head I'm thinking what am I going to do and I said in my and then I said in a shocking Price tag way, and under my breath. So I looked at my dog and said okay Zach we got to go and we left when got my car. Will my car wouldn't start it wasn't a big deal I got out to fix it and as I'm fixing it a little bit later two cops showed up and they said the ladies inside called the cops on you because you were mad and left and I said no I'm not mad I said I just said when they told me the price I said oh s*. Wasn't loud more or less under the breath kind of a statement just you know your dog is sick you're worried you're stressed about it and you're trying to figure out your head what are you going to do he can't hardly drink water he can't eat he's not doing good. So I tried to sell my car wouldn't start so I got out to fix it and when I'm under the hood fixing it two cops showed up said hey the girls inside called the cops said you're mad they want to know why you're still here. I said well my car won't start and I'm trying to fix it real quick so I can leave and let him also know that hey I said oh s* in a shocking price tag way like who wouldn't the other cop greed he's like yeah people take things the wrong way. I said no not when you say it in a nice quiet you know wait almost towards yourself not to anyone it's just shocking the price when they didn't even talk to you about the dog or nothing how could they come up with that price. Are the cops were really cool you know and I was nice I just wanted to fix my car and try to figure I'm just trying to help my dog. So they were good they went inside to come back out of you guys what's your name I told him he goes to go back in and he goes to try to set up an appointment for them and me so they made him go in and out to help set up an appointmentI said I don't know what time I can come here tomorrow I said I don't know what's going on tomorrow I said I got to figure it out anyway those gals the cops left and those gals I was parked in front of their office window left of the main door and they sat there and their little office and stared at me and then their husband or boyfriend or whatever was parked behind me at schmock and their parking lot and if that was the whole issue you know I don't know what's wrong with these people but you know it is beyond ridiculous when you don't even do anything to these people and not say one bad thing for being shocked and having them call the cops on you you don't call the police on someone if you're not trying to get them in trouble so for business to only care about the bottom line money money money money money money and then to call the cops on you when you don't when you're shocked about the price and you know hey it's okay for them to park over at schmuck and you can't be a customer and park in their parking lot and then try to leave when your car doesn't start and you're shocked about their price so they try to get you arrested or somethingbut these people have no morals no moral fiber they're not nice people you don't do that to a customer there's something really wrong read all the One reviews don't start with five star reviews half the time those are fake you really get to the truth when you go to the one star and then make your decision you know people the lady there had a good experience that I was talking to she was happy I seem like hey this is the first time here is ought to be good NOT

The folks at Stonetree Vet are very helpful and friendly. They treat my dog like a family member and kept me very well informed with good communication when she got spayed.
They are there for my dog when she needs them! I'm thrilled to have them as an option in Ketchikan.

Very helpful and kind. The team here is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Our puppy ate fiber glass and there were screaming consequences. We are off island and got the help we needed very quickly. We called to start with and received the best advice possible over the phone, which we tried before the long trip. I like that they wanted to help and we're not money hungry to start with. Thank you so much for everything. Our puppy is a happy girl

5/5 for me! I highly recommend pet owners to come to Stonetree. Good quality services and products! Everyone was professional and answered all of my questions during my visit with my cat, Felix. They created a calming environment and gave treats to Felix during the visit. Felix was happy and wanted to stay longer in the vet room.

The Gang always gets the best care when going to Stonetree..
Raven was very mad at me for a few days after her teeth cleaning.
But by Sunday she was all about walking around Ward Lake and waking up grandma ready to play and eating biskets
