I'm so glad that I found Morgan at Woof Gang Bakery. She is an excellent groomer. We recently moved to the area, and I was anxious about trying a new groomer because she loved Francine at Pawzazz. The store's location is very convenient since I can get there by golf cart from Margaritaville. Even if you aren't getting your dog groomed, it's worth visiting the store for wonderful bakery items and a good assortment of toys.

Today I brought my dog into woof gang bakery and grooming. This isn’t the first time we’ve been here, but it’s the first time the person that was there greeted us. I really shouldn’t use the word greeted because she was very rude upon entering like saying, what do you want Not a hello or what can I do for you but just what do you want. I informed her that my appointment was at 10 am as I originally scheduled. She said no, it was at noon and then continued to drill me on the dogs rabies shots, which he recently had. I informed her that I sent a picture of his rabies tag only to find out that it wasn’t enough. I never got a response from my photo that I sent her that it was not good enough. Rather than saying where did we the get the shots, I will call the vet - like must businesses would have done, she told me about the photo was no good. I said he got the shot right across the street - then she said she would call. The whole way she treated me my husband was there and we both looked at each other in disbelief. Having both been professionals in dealing with the public realized that this woman has no social skills when dealing with people coming into a business. If the owner is reading this she needs training or she needs to be replaced. I will not be going back there again as my veterinarian does the same service. I was trying to give a small business, business. See where it got me.

After being frustrated with other dog groomers in the area, I’m delighted I found Woof Gang Grooming. Morgan grooms my Mini Goldendoodle and does an excellent job! Morgan is attentive, professional and my dog loves her! They have a friendly staff and a clean environment. I highly recommend!

The staff was very nice but the grooming experience was very disappointing. The biggest disappointment was that they did not brush her out at all. When I arrived to pick her up I was informed that she had too many mats and next time she would require a complete shave. She doesn't need a shave, she needs a groomer that is willing to brush out her course fur. I would have been happy to pay extra if they had contacted me to let me know they had an issue. We are new to the area and had an amazing groomer in our previous city. When I arrived to pickup at Woof Gang the groomer was chatting with the person at the register and indicated that she still needed to clip my dog's paws. I had been in the parking lot for about 15 minutes and noticed the groomer chatting with the other employee for most of the time I was watching from my car. I assumed my dog was ready. Aside from some crooked cuts around her face and a way too close shave on her hind quarters, my dog looked no different and smelled only slightly fresh.
Update: I should have stated that if she did require a shave for mats, they should have contacted me to give me options for what was best for my dog.

I wanted to bring my granddog for some grooming. I did not have her updated rabies info. I had trouble getting an email from her vet. Woof Gang reached out to the vet(Jupiter FL) and took care of it.
Morgan did a wonderful job with my extremely anxious, skittish granddog. She smelled sooo good when she was finished:)

New to the area and so happy to find this gem! Walked in with my dog for a nail clip/grind and was greeted with a smile and quick service! Her nails look the best they’ve ever looked. Cute doggie bakery and toys. Highly recommend!

So I’m in Daytona on vacation in Margaritaville and Sophie was looking a bit scruffy. On my many trips here I’ve seen this cute place but never got her a service. This time I thought why not? I read the reviews and there was never any harm mentioned- it’s only hair- it will grow back people. Morgan listened to what I wanted and completely delivered. Sophie is fresh, trimmed, and bikini ready for the rest of our vacation. Thanks Woof Gang- you’re pawsome!
