Recently we needed an emergency visit on a Saturday. The staff found time on Dr. Jess's schedule so my golden retriever Carter could be checked out following an accident at daycare. Thankfully he is OK and was cleared for his planned surgery that coming Tuesday. Dr. Jess, Jen and everyone we talked to were so kind, concerned and caring. Dr. Matt did Carters surgery and as always did a great job. Carter thanks you all but Jen J. is his favorite!

Dr. Abby Jordon is the best. I have a 16 year old dealing with likely nasal cancer, and Abby is ALWAYS transparent with me, works with me as i’m a college student to make sure I don’t spend more than I have to, and always calls back within hours of me leaving her a message, talking with me in detail on the phone. The staff in the front is friendly, they are just wonderful overall. If you’re in BloNo looking for a vet I highly recommend coming here and highly recommend Dr. Abby

We needed a follow-up on an emergency situation for our dog. My usual vet was booked solid a few weeks ago when it was time to let my sweet girl go. We called Town & Country hoping they would take us at the last minute and they were nice enough to fit us in despite how busy they were. Dr. Andrew was incredibly gentle and kind and I really appreciated his explanation of the process. I was very impressed with the whole experience, especially considering she was not an existing patient. I am very glad Town and Country Animal Hospital were able to help us on such a difficult day and would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs them. From Chloe and I, thank you🩷

I have used this Veterinarian for 2-years since obtaining my 6-mt old Shiba. Our experience has always been positive. Dr. Andy (Andrew Lindgren) is our primary and he is a very attentive Doctor. Always willing to spend extra time explaining the treatment needed and offering tips for good doggie care. Today, we needed a follow-up heart-worm test and flea/tick med refill. He also quickly and professionally trimmed her nails on the spot when I mentioned needing this grooming, because I didn’t trust myself to do this. Her nails are black… We rarely wait more than 10-min., even when I arrive 20-min. early for our appointment. It all begins with the Technician, today it was “Autumn,” and she had a great calming and caring way in handling my dog. She is very natural and professional in her treatment of her patients. A couple months ago, I needed an emergency appt. when my dog was obsessively gnawing her paws. Dr. Andy was on vacation, so I met with Dr. Jamie Schertz. She was just as knowledgeable and Professional. Explaining every procedure and cause of my dog’s discomfort. I am very pleased with my dogs care with this Vet.

We could not recommend Dr. Jessica Diepholz enough! We have 3 dogs with varying personalities and needs, and she handles each of them with incredible care! Her and her techs make our pups feel safe and special, and we can't thank them enough!
