Outstanding staff was extremely supportive and worked diligently to save my cat, Meow Meow. I was very well informed and updated along the way. The entire staff was so incredibly compassionate during the entire night and supported me through the heartbreaking decision to let my sweet boy rest in peace. I was given plenty of time to give snuggles, kisses, and say my goodbyes to my little guy and the option to be with him until he was gone. I even received his paw print on a stone to remember him by. I can't thank the Rockstar staff members enough for their support and compassion for both my kitty and myself at such a difficult time. The love shown to my cat was beyond measure. Thank you, thank you!

I drove my 7yo husky mix 90 minutes to this emergency vet from flagstaff trying to avoid canyon pet hospital...if you know, you know... I skeerted into their parking lot with my gas light on and my phone with less than 10% charge. I was on a mission to help my furry baby.

Ms.Haven and Dr. Feather took amazing care of my fur baby, Harvey. He is doing so much better because of their knowledge and care. I brought Harvey in with bloody diarrhea, vomiting, and lack of appetite last night. And today he is eating his dog soup, no accidents, and no bloody poop. They really know what they are doing and how to help. Although it was 640 dollars for an exam, iv fluids, a blood test, medicine, and a few other things. It was worth every penny and mile I spent to get there.

They also contacted my dogs primary vet so they could follow up and add the records to his file. I think that's amazing and shows that they genuinely care about how your fur baby is doing even after they leave their hospital.

Anyways they took the time to explain everything to me. And I mean everything!!! They answered every question I had no matter how stupid it sounded in my head and they didn't make me feel dumb for asking. They didn't push for me to do certain treatments "just because ". They explained why they want to test certain things and explained it to me in a way that wasn't clinical mubo jumbo to help me make a more informed decision. They were like yes we would like to take an xray and do a bacteria test on his poop. But if he gets better in the next 24-48 on these antibiotics you don't have to. Or if he continues to vomit through this anti nausea medication you should get a xray because of this. They really laid out all my options and explained everything to me in way that I felt like I could make a safe and informed decision within my monetary means.

I'm not normally compelled to write reviews. But I genuinely had a very good and transparent experience with this emergency vet. It was 120% worth the 90 minute drive to them from flagstaff.

As a p.s to Ms. Haven and Dr. Feather I will will be checking the back yard for rancid food thrown over the fence from now on and also look at some allergy friendly food for Harvey. Also here are some pictures of the furry baby feeling alot better.

You guys are awsome, and I appreciate you so much.

My dog collapsed and I rushed her to them. They immediately and heroically tried everything to save her to the best of their technology and experience. Their compassion was obvious and so comforting. Sadly, they could not save her. I know she was in the best hands possible. They treated her and me with utmost respect and kindness. I was so grateful. Such loving people.

Bad Lobo

Had a pregnant female Pomeranian who was having trouble giving birth. We drove 55 minutes at 2am when we got there the staff took over and cared for our Pomeranian. The vet and staff were amazing. They were kind and caring. Would recommend this place for any pet emergency.

From the phone call I made, speaking to Ann, my arrival at receptionist, the technicians, specifically Kylie to Dr. Cambrelin, the concern, compassion and care was professional and thorough!!!
My Walden is my world and the team were so wonderful to both of us! I was completely informed with expectations of how long the wait, possible procedures, cost and most importantly the care given there and my home care.
Walden came out of exam room totally happy and feeling much better than when he arrived. I feel
Very confident that he will recuperate fully and I feel fortunate that my 1st. Visit YEAH Team left me feeling I got the BEST care in a scary situation. Thank you ALL!!!!

I seriously love this place so much. Unfortunately it’s a 3 and a half hour drive from where I live but I still come here anyway because of course when my dog needs to go to the vet it’s after hours haha. I really wish this place wasn’t so far. Everyone is ridiculously kind and I really hope you guys know how much I appreciate you taking care of my puppy Bowser! Also, my bill was way less than expected so that was awesome:)

Yo if your pet is having an emergency go to them immediately.

My cat was completely blocked on a Sunday am. Ran him over from cottonwood and they took him back immediately.
5k later he was stable and able to come home.
Worth every penny. They were wonderful and caring and absolutely a god send when we needed it.
