I've been incredibly impressed with Wrigleyville Animal Clinic from start to finish! Their website was easy to navigate, and my entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was fantastic. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, making me and my kittens feel right at home. The vet tech was wonderful with my kittens – her love for animals was obvious, and she handled them perfectly. Dr. Bookstaff was also amazing. He was very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and gave my kittens their vaccinations so gently they barely noticed. The entire staff is clearly passionate about their work, and I have to give a huge shout-out to their HR team – they've clearly done an excellent job with hiring! Highly recommend Wrigleyville Animal Clinic!

We use Wrigley Vet Center Daycare for our dog Rocky and it is a great place. The staff is extremely professional, polite, helpful and caring. Rocky loves the staff there and is always happy to see them. We are extremely pleased with our decision to use their daycare.

One of the few vets I can count to get me in and out the door! Everyone is incredibly kind and thoughtful and answered any questions that I have. They’re happy to let one of our cats, Millie, ‘help’ around the room, so long as she behaves herself.

I was impressed with how well they handled cats. Ours are pretty easy going, but they knew exactly what to do when our kitten became a bit spicy during her shot. She got plenty of churu and pets afterward.

The prices can vary and may rise a bit above what you may find elsewhere, but for the area, it’s about typical. We’ll continue coming back and look forward to seeing them again 🙂

This was our first time visiting WVC. Everyone at this place went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This was Cloud's first vet appointment and she was totally relaxed. The front desk personnel, technicians and Dr. Silva did an excellent job at keeping us informed and took the time to answer our questions.

Paul is a lifesaver when it comes to grooming!! This was my 11yo husky's first time at Wrigleyville and I gave Paul a challenge as it had been well over 6 months since Kujo had a deep groom. He immediately sat down with me and got to know Kujo's personality first which was a comfort in itself. Then after the 4 hours it took of removing his undercoat and doing the full 'works' on him, I received a call with full detail on how it all went as well as got insight to any health concerns he found while examining him.

The best and most trustworthy people are those who are referred and Paul was referred to me by another husky mom who had only good things to say. Highly recommend Paul/Wrigleyville Vet for any grooming needs!

Not transparent about prices and will overcharge you. $31 for a nail TRIM. I got talked into buying a flea/tick/heartworm pill that cost $400. Said they couldn't refund unless it went through a process with their "management team." This happened on a Friday and no one called me Monday as I was told. When I called they were little to no help and said the management team was busy. Said it could take up to Thursday to get the refund. Mind you I didn't leave the counter with this medicine, I just simply put in my card without processing how much my bill really was. I had to ask for an itemized receipt. They really seem to value profit over caring for animals. It took me threatening to call the police for it suddenly be resolved and refunded. I had another friend be charged nearly 3000 for their dogs dental cleaning and was quoted 1300-1800.

No one wants to take a pet to the vet's office. But, if it's necessary, this is the place to go. Dr. Hardiman and Dr. Lieberman are wonderful - careful, thorough, and gentle. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I know that my cat is cared for in the best way.

First had a great experience a year ago when i brought my cat in. This time around i no longer recommend. I took my 12yr old cat in twice last week for vomiting and diarrhea. I should have listened to my instincts when they didn’t even see them check her temp. Long story short- i brought my cat to the ER after i gave wrigleyville vet $845 dollars & they missed obvious bladder stones in the XRAYS THEY TOOK. I was taken advantage of and my Fluff was neglected by not receiving proper and accurate care. Never coming back.

I emailed them below with more details. They have not responded. I learned that someone had a similar experience when they took their cat here too.

In response to the business’ reply- thanks i already have her records from wrigleyville and the ER and i will be going elsewhere. In hopes that they can take accountability, read xrays & communicate properly.

Best wishes
